Don't recommend this place. Mediocre job at best. Paid to get a pedicure and when they applied the paint they only put on one coat. One coat with white paint isn't sufficient and it wasn't obvious until I got outside because they have dim lighting. When I checked out the person at the front charged me $35. They asked that I pay in cash, which I did. I also left a $15 tip. Shortly after I got home I got a call telling me they should have charged me $40 and for me to pay $5 when I come back. I have never been here and did not know how much they charged. $35 is actually more than I normally pay at my regular place in DC. Needless to say I don't intend to go back. So I drove back to pay the $5 and asked if they could put a 2nd coat of white on my nails. They seemed annoyed that I asked to have them fix what was obviously an issue from when they first painted them. The employee with the name tag "Loan" quickly brushed on a 2nd coat and then turned off the light on the pedicure booth and told me to go dry my nails. Had I known I was going to be treated to poorly when I returned I simply would have told them to take the $5 out of the 38% tip that I left. You should note that while I was sitting here waiting for my nails to dry a 2nd time, I noticed the price list says $35 for a regular pedicure, which is what I got. Apparently because I got a "design" I was required to pay an additional $5. Very disappointed in the quality and the customer service. Also very misleading on pricing. read more

The service started off fine. Mei was seemingly kind and communicative. I asked multiple times the pedicure price and was told it would be 55 for a gel pedicure. I called, checked in and asked, and confirmed again when I showed the "design." And was told 55. The color was cute but the shape was not right at all. Plus she was rushed off to hell another customer. I was charged 80+ dollars for this. This is the quality you get when you come here. Low quality, low product, and hiked up priced pedicure. I was happy with the pedicure I got here. There is a separate, more private area for pedis. It's a good place to go with a friend as you can have a private area with 2 chairs. There are also partitions between cubicles that can be opened for larger groups. You get to choose your lotion and mask scent (see photos for options), and they heat up the lotions before applying. First time coming to this place to get a full set -acrylic gel nails and the quality was poor. The guy kept dozing off I almost thought he was on drugs- took forever and I had to point out several times missed steps. This is the exact reason I don't like to get my nails done by men! Not even a week goes by and one of the nails break off. How in the world does something like this happen esp when they were put on as new. He most likely skipped a step- the only man in there I would avoid him. Went back to get it fixed and it took almost an hour. So freakin ridiculous. The next day another nail broke off. I wouldn't dare go back. Full set for 60.00 plus tip your lucky I'm not suing for my money back. Don't bother wasting your time here. Nails were uneven and the thickness on some of them were ridiculous. What a disappointment. This place deserves ZERO stars. read more

Went to Place2B for the first time today with my husband for two hot stone pedicures. The spa was much bigger than I expected, very clean, and had a great nail color selection. I didn't see online if they had SNS dip but I saw a bunch of colors readily available at the front which is great news for me because I definitely plan on coming back to do my nails. Overall it was a great experience and I'm glad my friend referred me to this salon. The staff were very friendly and prices are reasonable in my opinion. I think it was well worth the money for the massage I got with my pedicure - Cindy was great. read more

OMG! This place is amazing We were going to go to Bella's nails and spa in a nearby plaza but there was a 45 minute wait, when looking for another place and we see this place on yelp. We went thinking it might be a bit run down when we got in they took us to the back where there were cabana-esk rooms for two or one. There were windows to see the neighboring room but had a pull down shade the lights were dim and it was very calming 40 bucks for a great pedicure manicures happened out front they have polish, gels and dips along with facials and waxing. Unlike other spas the workers there would talk and joke with you or just make it like a oasis of your own. Massage chairs were very comfy and it was totally worth the money. Has free WiFi that was also a plus and it was very nice and tranquil I will definitely be returning soon. read more

I had the worst experience here! Michelle the nail tec was inhumane, she called a customer crazy behind their back, standing right behind them and making a hand gesture saying " she is crazy". the poor customs saw her make the gesture saying she's crazy but the customer didn't say anything to cause trouble. I couldn't believe what I was watching. Another time she made me open my purse so she can see what is inside it. Michelle just seems so mean when doing your nails, it's very uncomfortable. She is very unprofessional and I was so uncomfortable being there my self watching it all. Most of the girls there are sweet but Michelle is a mean human. Please don't go to her! I am still in shock that someone would do that in a place you call the "spa". clearly the manager doesn't care. read more

I'm postpartum and wanted a quality pedicure. I drove half an hour to get here due to the owner's comment about being a pedicure place! He was right. They make the pedicures extremely relaxing. They dim the lights and you have your own sectioned off area. I had the $53 pedicure which is their deluxe. It was fantastic and well worth the price. The massage chair was also top notch. I was SO disappointed in my visit today. I've been patronizing this place for years and it was crowded and loud and not as clean as it used to be. I'd gotten one of the specialty pedicures and it felt rushed; the person was just not into it. She was polite but just going through the motions. The massage mechanism of the chair wasn't functioning very well and I had to share a booth with someone else when I'd specifically asked for a single booth, due to Covid concerns. I just could not get comfortable in the chair. EVERYone was talking on their phones - not a very courteous, respectful or relaxing atmosphere. I really think spas need to have customers put phones on vibrate and have text-only, no talking. I don't spend this kind of money to feel like I'm at a crowded bus station. The chairs and chair remotes were not wiped down between customers! I'd brought my own disinfecting wipes and did the job they should have done. Covid is with us to stay and they used to do a much better job. The AC was not working very well and the air circulation was not what it needed to be cnsidering the fumes, Covid and the 90 degree heat outside. For the money, you can do much better. Sadly, I have to find another place two be for my pedicures. read more

I drive ~25 minutes to this place because they're that good! Jack is my favorite, but everyone else I have seen there has been really good, too. What drew me in the first time was I received the best, most relaxing pedicure ever here. I love that you get your own little private area, and that they dim the lights when they rub your feet and legs (for legit 15 minutes!!! Unreal). I have also since started coming here for my gel manicures. They have so many colors to choose from and everyone I have seen has done a fabulous job. The manicure still looks great two and a half weeks later! Most recently, I came in and tried dipping powder. I wanted a snowy white color that ended up becoming a little pinkish due to a new top coat that they used. Even though they were super busy (it was the day before Christmas Eve) they accommodated me without a fuss, started from scratch, and they came out absolutely perfect. So, on the whole, wonderful service, every color under the sun, reasonably priced, and a very clean salon. I am already looking forward to my next visit! read more
