Today the store manager Susan was extremely rude and ebarassed my daughter and her friend. Not once did she ask if she could help her but instead made her feel small and demanded that my daughter refold the bottoms that my daughter picked up to look at. I was not there but did call to speak with Susan after my daughter left distraught about how she was treated. Susan immediately became aggressive with me over the phone and explained that she was just joking about my daughter refolding the bottoms. I told her I didn't think that was funny at all and why didn't she offer to help my if she felt like my daughter looking for her size in the drawers below the suite hanging that she liked was an issue. She said she was busy and just didn't like for people to dig in the drawers. All this was uncalled for and the fact that Susan did not offer an apology for making my daughter feel bad was just unacceptable. We will easily spend 500-700 dollars each year. This location will no longer be the one we visit. The store offers such beautiful suits and I really wish that they had beautiful employees to sale and assist people who are willing to spend that amount of money for bathing suits. Susan you should be ashamed of yourself. I ended the phone call with Susan with I hope you have a good day and maybe you should learn some manners. Customer lost all because a manager did not know how to be kind and helpful. She chose to be crude and disrespectful.

My mom was at the counter to make the purchase and the woman working as the cashier, told the customer behind my mom to come up to skip. The man stated, "she was here first" and the worker said, "she's on her phone" in a nasty manner. Since when does customer service end because someone has a phone up to their ear? My mom needed to be checked out and she didn't deserve to not get service. Also, when my mom first got into the store, she asked this same woman if there was a sweatsuit for kids and the woman was extremely rude to her and I could hear her, as I was on the phone. I think that the customer service in here needs an awakening, as there are other stores that customers can shop at, or even online.

There is one person who works there, though, who could use a refresher in how to have a bit more gentle touch with customers, especially if those customers seem to maybe actually know what they're talking about when it comes to their own bra size. Ask them a few questions that 'only those who know would know'-- If they say they've been measured recently and know their size with surety, don't belittle them or keep trying to prove them wrong. Checking in and asking to try on a couple bras felt like the Great Inquisition. I get that they need to ask some questions, but if I know how to answer them & have all of my recent measurements, can I just try on a damn bra please--without being treated like I'm lying or like you need to condescendingly pat me on the head & prove that I don't know what I'm talking about? I am 48 years old and have been measured for bras by professionals and myself (using the abrathatfits calculator on reddit, which is a much more complete & invasive measurement than any bra store will do) multiple times over the years, including less than a month ago. I know what my size was 5 years ago, and I know what my new size is now. I know my UK size & my US size. I know what type & shape of cups & material fit me best and what types don't. I also have very projected, omega shaped bre@sts, which are difficult to fit on the underside. Almost never will a wire sit directly in my inframammary crease, unless the bra is custom made for me. I get that you don't want to waste customers time, want to prevent frustration, and also don't want to possibly damage your inventory...but if I know *exactly* what I need, can I please just try it without having to prove myself or be forced to have you measure me? I swear I am here to actually buy (very expensive) bras from you, not waste either of our time. Not all of us are bra novices. Some of us do actually know what we're talking about, after having to deal with our own giant tatas for the past 35 years. I vaguely remember this happening the last time I visited them at their old location too, I bet it was this same person. The second employee who helped me had a much softer, much friendlier "bedside" manner, and to be honest, I wish she'd been the one to greet me from the start, because the interaction with her left a much better taste in my mouth. Tbh I'm actually hesitant to even go in there again after how it went today, even though I walked out with some bras that fit very well in the size I originally requested. Buying nice bras for large sizes is hard enough, shopping shouldn't feel like this.

This location on 7600 Windrose Ave was my first visit and definately will be my last visit to this location! Called this location and said they would hold a pair of leggings that were on sale. When I got there, the sales associate was VERY COLD and UNPERSONABLE. Very un-Victorias Secret-like. When she handed me the leggings, they were four times (4x) the price. I asked if I could try them on first before purchasing. She said "No, but you bring them back for a refund." I specifically asked "Since I am paying cash, will I receive a cash refund here or at any location?" She replied "Yes cash at any location." I made the purchase and went to try them on. Nice leggings, but not what I was wanting. I went to a store near my work to return the leggings less than an hour later for a full cash refund, but wouldn't give me cash. They could only give me a gift card instead. I am very disappointed with the 7600 Windrose Ave location.
