I've been been shopping here for years. They have the softest pajamas, flattering bathing suits, and a wide selection of undergarments. Service has always been great and my last experience was no exception. I went to buy a bra using my birthday rewards, but left instead with five bras for $64 using a $15 off $75 coupon after Madisun let me know that coupon was also available. She was so patient even though I was there from 7:40-8:05. Closing time on a Saturday night. They really do have an amazing rewards program. Just one of my bras retails for $62!! I did go back a few days later to use my birthday rewards and guess what? The next day they sent me another summer sales coupon. I may have to go back again. Thanks to Madisun and Anna for the great customer service. Make sure that you sign up for their rewards program. Absolutely terrible. This is my second time visiting this store and my second experience was a complete 180 from the first time. When I first visited the store, I came with my mom and we had someone who attended to us and helped us every step of the way. However, this second time was completely different. Instead of coming with my mom, I came with my fiancé. And that is where everything went wrong. Preface: Since I have a larger bust and cup size, I called beforehand to ensure they had my size before I stopped by in person. The person I spoke to on the phone was professional and friendly and ensured I had my size in store. When I stopped into the store (approximately 30 minutes later), I was greeted, but no one actually stopped to help me. I briefly searched the bra section, but could not find my size readily available. I stopped and asked the first associate who made eye contact with me, and HE immediately said "no we don't carry that size". Another associate who was walking nearby heard and said "oh we have some in the back". She came back out with all available sizes for me to try on. I then proceeded to ask her for a fitting room and she directed me and my fiancé to the section. At no point did she state he was not allowed back there. Now this next part, I could be wrong (and please tell me if I am), but I was trying on bras and wanted to get my fiancé's opinion. I was not told beforehand that no men were allowed back in that section (as previously noted). I told him to come back so I could get his honest opinion. Please note: he was specifically inside my fitting room only and the door was closed. After I was almost done trying on all options, the associate knocked on the door and said that he wasn't allowed back there due to other women being back there. He immediately left, and I only had one other item to try on. At this point, I was so irritated that I essentially walked out without purchasing anything. I'd rather just buy online and have it shipped to my residence. Will NOT be back at that location any time soon. read more

Big fan. Shoppes here for the first time in July. After a couple weeks I decided I didn't love the bras I purchased. Came back and they steered me towards a different one and let me exchange the other bras! I also purchased some pajama pants on mega sale and they are the softest pjs ever. Bought some kid ones for my 7 year old and they are so soft. They always seem to have great sales and I think the customer service is on point. I must say I haven't been here in a while but the staff is very friendly. I was greater and asked for help immediately. I associate that helped me was Jackie. She measured me then inquired on what I'm looking for in a bra. She selected a few I tried them on and between. Trying on she inquired and viewed each fit. I would recommend anyone to come in if they are heavy chested and looking for a comfortable bra. Now the prices are a minimum of $38 but there my be a special. I will definitely be back soon. I bought a set of pajamas including robe and extra pair of pants in late October, early November and the pajama set is bubbling and faded. The robe has maintained, but tank and pajamas are in terrible shape. I emailed the company and they said they could offer 10% off my next purchase but that they only assure quality for 60 days. I came here and the associate was so helpful. I have never purchased anything from here before so I told the associate what I was looking for and tried some on. She told me about their sale so then I checked out and also saved an additional amount for signing up for some kind of rewards program or something. My only issue is even though the bra fit good at first, it seemed to stretch out throughout the wear and the seams are not coming apart close to where I put deodorant so not sure if the deodorant caused the seam to separate or what. Not sure that I will be back based on the quality. read more

I wondered into this location as they have all bras $10 off. That may not be a big deal to the lesser endowed woman, but to a chesty chick like me $10 bucks is a big deal. So, I walk in looking for a minimizer because my major pet peeve is having "the ladies" looking much larger than they actually are. Boy, did I get an education. This is what I learned. 1. Do not buy a minimizer as they make you look dumpy. You want "the ladies" up and out as it slenderizes. 2. When you buy a new bra, you want to hook it on the first set of hooks for longevity, since the bra band stretches over time. 3. I am a DDD/F. Crap! I was somewhat happy as a DD, but a triple D??? All these year I have been wanting to reduce "the ladies", when they should have been up and out for the world to see! This was another first time place for me! Really liked the store, the sales ladies were very nice and funny too. They were having a great sale this day, 50%/70% off of a ton of stuff. They had a better deal on panties than VS at 5 for 19.99! Some of their bras were on sale for $19.99, while normally they are pricier. Some of our group got sized even to see if we were even in the right bra, because we know most women are wearing the wrong size...luckily for me I was right about my size! I think this store might be directed toward maybe a little older women than my crowd. While some of the stuff seems nice, I have to say I am not happy with my underwear purchases. For the price, I had one of the panties (the rayon/ bamboo) rip a hole, not even at a seam, within 3 or 4 weeks of buying them! Also, the sales ladies are very convincing that the vanishing edge panties are the best. I don't find them comfortable at all, basically they have the vanishing edge effect because of 3 lines of plastic around the leg openings that just aren't comfortable. I tried on an activewear top that I didn't like because there was a hook on the inside. It wasn't adjustable so I didn't see the point there. The pluses are that they do have good specials. I've just had better success with Victoria's secret and other places- underwear that expensive should take longer than 3 weeks to crap out on you!! read more

Comfortable, fashionable, well-priced and helpful staff make Soma a great place to shop for intimate wear. I am always pleasantly surprised by the plethora of styles they have. I have several things from Soma and it wears well and fits well. The salesgirl who helped me us this weekend was very attentive and helpful, and, even though we probably pulled every style in the store to look at, she never stopped smiling. They will measure you for the perfect bra size and have great specials -- this weekend was buy 3 panties, get 2 free. While we were in, they had a little spread of cupcakes and lemonade from Mmmm Cupcakes, which were seriously delicious! It was a nice touch on a Saturday afternoon. read more

Long story short, I was in the store about 25 minutes without ever having my existance acknowledged by a sales person. After purchasing 3 identical unwire bras, one felt like it had sharp pieces inside where the padding is that cut across the entire rib cage. The others felt nothing like that. I returned it last night to the Highland Village store and OMGOSH, you would have thought I had done something terrible by returning it. There were two managers and they were so rude. First, they said you can't return something that you took the tag off; then, you can't bring it back after it has been washed(of course, I did so I could see if it would wash out and not feel that way). I told them it is a defective bra; it isn't like you are going to resell it--it has something inside the padding and needs to be damaged out. They both acted like I had worn it for months and wanted a new one just to have a new one. I explained that no, I had never been able to wear it. The managers both rudely walked off leaving the wonderful sales lady that was new to figure out what to do. When they had to come back over 10 minutes later, they were ruder than before. Both managers were so customer unfriendly and so very rude. I have loved Soma for years and have always been so happy with my purchases. I will NEVER walk back in this location again. It made me wish I were the CEO of Soma on "Undercover Boss" and could have fired both managers on the spot. read more

I am so disppointed with quality and will not shop there again. I bought two bras, a dress, a jacket and a shaper. I had to exchange one of the bras before thirty days. It came apart. I called and they said that they might not be able to exchange it if it was too worn? I just looked today at the dress that I wore once and it is coming apart in six different plces. It is past 90 days now. Maybe it won't fall apart too soon so I can wear it as a gown. They won't get any more of my money. read more

I purchased 3 of your Soma bra's back in September. Two of them are alike but one is light and one is black. I find I am only wearing the light one the most. The black one digs in to my back where the hooks are and is uncomfortable. The other one is a vanishing back full coverage bra and I am unhappy with the way the cups look. I am disappointed and will not purchase any others. I should have returned them, but I do not live near one of your stores. read more
