They have a great shoe selection and the baby shoes are pretty adorable! They have great shoes for babies who have just learned how to walk. As for the customer service, I didn't receive any. When you go in they say a quiet hi and continue to talk to each other as if they're not at work. It didn't really bother me until I asked one of the employees for the second shoe. When I did, he handed the box to another employee because he was busy talking, and then they stood there and talked so I decided to go to the cash register right away. I waited there for about 5 minutes while they were still talking and then he came to check me out. I had also had a bundle of socks with me to buy and because he wasn't paying attention, he almost didn't add it to the sale. (That part wasn't a big deal, just a part of the review). In the end, they weren't rude. They were just distracted with talking to each other. My only complaint.

They always have what I need whether it is natural hair products for my type 4 hair or extensions when I was wearing sew ins and braids. Lately, prices have increased for the beauty products I use, but I still find better pricing on products such as Design Essentials & Mizzani here versus other beauty stores. I also like how they mark down products that are being discontinued or just ceased for selling at their location. When compared to other beauty supply stores, their pricing is the best and I still tend to come out my way to come to this location even though it is not the closest one to me.
