So I asked another associate in the store to give me some clarification on why I didn't specify that I had to make a purchase in order to get a free gift that is worth $9.95. So I attempt to call the Customer Service number to get some clarification on why that I had to make a purchase in order to get a free gift that they were offering to me on my birthday. The Customer Service rep told me himself that I did not have to make a purchase that only applies if I was making a purchase online I was in the store making a purchase. The store manager got an attitude with me and told me that she would have to override it and don't worry about it.
