The results were a drastic curved nose and no reduction. I had to wait another 15 years, due to finances, to get a revision for the first surgery. I was mainly concerned in getting my nose straightened more than anything else. The second surgery improved the curvature thou it was not straight. Now 20 years later I was on my third rhinoplasty surgery. I came across Primera Surgery through the internet. I had my consultation with Dr. Gross and was impressed. He was straight forward. No sales pitch. He directly delivered what he was and was not capable of providing. He took into consideration my face symmetry while consulting what he recommended. On top of his directness of wanted outcome of the surgery, he did emphasize that there is no guarantee on the results. I feel this is not due to lack of confidence or skill, just no one is perfect. He was also concerned about my mental and physical health for prior and post surgery. Physical reason only natural and mental if the results were not what I was expecting. Now to the end. About three months after surgery I am more than satisfied with the work he performed. After a lifetime of hating my nose I am no longer self conscious. I have the nose that I want and it is fitting for my facial structure/look, not looking fake but natural. I must give a heads up, the worst part for me is the aftercare. About 3 months after surgery you must massage the nose twice a day and nightly put on a "homemade cast". It just becomes tedious. The main reason I chose Primera Surgery is their honesty and only deal with the face. Another deciding factor was that multiple of his staff members had him perform their surgery and he had performed a good amount of revisions. His 30 plus years, of face only plastic surgery, show through his work and results. I would and have recommended family and friends to his office. I cannot praise him and the staff enough. To go with Dr. Gross is his excellent staff. It shows that he seems to treat them well and not take them for granted. From the front office help, the consultant to the nurses and head nurse one could not ask for better care. If someone does ask for better it is humanly unreachable. Please do your research, save time and money. Listen to your inner voice. Don't end up with 3 surgeries to get your wanted results. If that inner voice says this place is not right listen. Our doctor has an assigned nurse which is one we appreciate; she already knows is and looks forward to seeing our son each time! It just makes everything a more pleasurable experience and one that's personal simply because she's warm, friendly, and very personal. I mean, he knows her or at least recognizes her from the previous appointment. So we gave this place a 4 star, nice folks, great doctor who's very informative and knowledgeable, plus they offer great customer care. The only thing is if you come early to your appointment or late to your appointment or on time, there's a minimum of a 30 minute wait before the nurse sees you.
