The first rhinoplasty I had wasn't exactly great and left me in a position of unhappiness with my nose never being straightened and also making the tip of my nose bulbous. With Dr. Gross, he was able to completely straighten my nose and remove/fix scar tissue of the tip of my nose. I called the main number to speak to a Office employee who then called the Lake mary office to have an employee pop her head out to let me know that no provider had arrived yet and she could not unlock the door. I was allowed in at 8:20, 20 minutes after my appointment time. Once in the room, I had an office member and the provider both asked me why I was there, even though it was listed on my paperwork, which I was reminded several times via text and email to complete. When I mentioned the strange start to my visit, the provider asked what I meant. I explained all of the above. And she explained to me that "sometimes doors lock". At this point, I told her I would be leaving and wished her a good day. Do not come to this office. They are falling apart.

She could have done a swab, and I didn't feel heard she dismissed me the first few seconds of my appointment. She came to the conclusion without doing a biopsy or an examination to prove her diagnosis. I left there feeling so upset and unheard. Charged for physical and when infomed by Cigna they reimburse because it was a physical appointment not a well visit. Most recently I went back for blood work results and I explained what happened in the past and they denied and still charged a copay for just giving results of blood work. Left 4 messages via their texting and never received a response. Was informed that location has been split and patients have been divided between two doctors now. Never have patients been informed! Practice is unprofessional.
