I left with a like 20lb bag of clothes. the associated don't work on commission and they were very honest when a size was wrong or a style and found something better for you. it was an incredible experience. We walked in, and were greeted by the employee, we went about our usual browsing, and looking around, I had noticed the employee working at the time constantly staring and watching us as we walked around the store, which I felt was normal until another couple came in, which he then immediately came up to us, and said to please stop recording to my girlfriend, we were both shocked and confused and said "what?" because she wasn't recording, and after she told him she wasn't recording he proceeded to insist that we were and that he saw us recording when we came in, and after I told him multiple times that I think it's a misunderstanding and that we were not recording he continued to try and prove that we were stating random stuff about phones, even after showing him her photos showing we hadn't recorded, instead of accepting the whole situation as a misunderstanding he constantly insisted that she was recording, my main issue with this is how the whole situation could have been avoided if the employee would have understood it was a misunderstanding when we had originally told him she wasn't recording. Employee was white guy with a pattern tattoo on his forearm with a beard, I'm just really disappointed because we ended up just walking out of the store due to frustration of his persistence on us recording. Also I completely understood why he was asking to stop due to more customers coming in, it's just that we weren't!!

Since our group wasn't the type that would want strippers or anything like that AND our group of gals rarely (if ever) treat ourselves to nice lingerie... I wanted to find a classy lingerie shop that would host our group (5 ladies) for a private after store hours shopping session for 1-2 hours. After visiting the website, I saw they didn't offer anything like that (one other local shop did but couldn't accommodate us) so I sent her an email inquiring. To my surprise (and delight) Shadia replied VERY quickly and came to my rescue saying that she could accommodate. All the gals were dressed for a lovely dinner and our Uber pulled up to the shop. My sister started laughing and got super shy... she wasn't expecting a lingerie shopping sessions at all. I don't think she was into the idea at first BUT with all the gals' enthusiasm, Shadia being very inviting, sweet and helpful, this activity ended up being one of my sister's favorite out of the entire day. My sister was VERY grateful that Shadia opened her shop after hours and now she has a new awesome bathing suit for her destination wedding, a super cute romper for the wedding night ;) and some seamless undies to wear under her wedding!!! SUCCESS!!! All of the gals were able to try on garments. I guess my only criticism or negative is that larger breast gals / more full figured ladies will have trouble finding items that will fit. My size 6 sister had plenty of garments to try on; which was perfect! I'm 36DD so I was limited BUT I still walked away with a beautiful teddy/nighty that I'm really happy with! I love it! More about the private shopping (Shadia, you should totally offer this on your website and I would recommend taking a deposit from the person booking. The deposit (I suggest between $300-500) could go towards merchandise they plan on purchasing during the shopping session. I would do this especially if you provide snacks and bubbles. I know we brought our own sparkling wine but if you provide for folks then I'd hate for you to spend too much out-of-pocket).... anyways, Shadia offered snacks and wine when we connected on email. I told her we'd bring the wine and snacks were welcome if she wanted to provide. She had a lovely assortment of cheese/crackers/chocolate... it was so thoughtful and sweet for you to offer and provide. Again, the shop is super cute, she has great garments and Shadia is a WONDERFUL person!!!! Thanks for accommodating our group. We loved coming to your shop!!!

Before I saw the fine print about the digital photos costing an arm and a leg, I put down the $3**.00 for scheduling a time. Then, when they called me to confirm everything, I told them I can't afford $6**.00 to $7**.00 for photos with digital. That's just way too much. HAVE NO FEAR, JEZEBEL VONZEPHYR IS HERE! They will help you with everything. If you have ideas, great! They'll work with them. If you have NO ideas, that's ok! Their creativity seems to know no bounds. If you have extensive collections of sexy, sultry things, bring them on it! If not, they have an amazing treasure trove of...everything: bras, panties, corsets, stockings, shoes, dresses, skirts, tops, robes, jewelry, etc. And they post videos going through their client closet so you can get an idea ahead of time of what might excite you to try! These Client Closet tours are posted on their Facebook group which is another amazing thing about them. The people in this Facebook group are so kind and they are 100% here to hype you up and help celebrate you as you are. Besides glimpses into the client closet, they also feature "Seize the Selfie" posts encouraging group members to post any selfie where they were really feeling themselves. It's truly a great community they're building. On the actual day of my photoshoot, I packed up my stuff and went to their absolutely amazing studio. They have 9 sets and at least one that gets updated throughout the year. I got to experience this one in the "Something Wicked This Way Comes" setup. Gorgeous! It's giving darkness. It's giving sensuous. It's giving "I have your heart in my hand... literally as well as figuratively". To say I felt powerful on this set would be an understatement. 100% no notes. Sarah worked with what I brought and supplemented from the client closet as needed. She picked pieces I never would have considered but everyone had done so much to cultivate this air of trust and safety that I knew I could just RUN with it. Sometimes, you gotta let the professionals do their stuff, you know?! I think the thing that floored me the most was the inclusion of my walking stick. I have a few health conditions that can make it hard to hold poses, do stairs, or just... remain steady. Since the studio DOES have some serious stairs, I'd brought it to make sure I could get up there. Sarah was immediately on board with working my walking stick (I mean... it's more like a staff, being over 4 or 5 ft) into the sessions. I know I mentioned body positivity but let me just say it again. TALK ABOUT BODY POSITIVITY! We're not going to hide this mobility aid; we're going to celebrate ALL of you and that includes this. From the minute I walked in, to the minute I walked out, and if I'm being honest it's been a continuing feeling since then, I felt celebrated and powerful. I haven't even had my image reveal appointment yet and I'm already percolating ideas for another go! Addicted? Uh... yeah, maybe a bit *heart emoji* This photo is a fun (and family-friendly) reminder of my amazing day. While I was getting my makeup down by the amazing Angelica (please forgive me if I get your name wrong, you were an amazing INTEGRAL part of the day!), Sarah came over with a bunch of cards. I just let the spirit direct me to the right card and I pulled this amazing quote. I had definitely been feeling like I'd gotten L after L recently and this was exactly the message I needed. It's a consignment store, there are sales and changing prices noted on the tags. There are signs posted everywhere at checkout saying they charge 3% for card transactions, plus Kirkland sales tax. I thought they were very reasonable and very honest with their pricing and gave me an itemized receipt! I would definitely recommend this shop for really nice quality vintage pieces. They have a lot of designer vintage as well!

Well we were enjoying dinner in kirkland last night and decided to pop into this shop to look at…read morehats real quick. It was 15 min before their closing so we were not Planning on lingering! Before we even got in the door we were met with hostility from the woman behind the counter, she told us in no uncertain terms we were NOT welcome to browse and wanted to know what we were shopping for! My friend said she just quickly wanted to look at hats and the woman and her coworker roughly pointed her in the direction while mumbling under their breath that we were not welcome and should just leave! We were there less than two min and that was way too long for me! I would NEVER EVER give a penny to a company with this sort of employees or service! We were in no way being rude, pushy or out of line! The store was literally still open and the door was unlocked! Such gross behavior from older adult women! They should be ashamed!!!
