This the only somewhat convenient scrub store close to me. They are always very well stocked with a great selection. I came in around 6pm on a Tuesday night. Greeted as soon as I walked in by a lovely young lady who was being trained! Haylee was awesome and so was the gentleman training her. I was offered a dressing room and tried on my selection. I walked out with 2 scrub tops and a blue set... around $150. Agh the price of scrubs always stings a little :O This is my 3rd time visiting the store and I have always had a great experience. The customer service is TOP NOTCH! I went in looking to buy my first pair of scrubs so I had no idea what I was looking for except I wanted it to be comfortable, the color black and flattering. I tried on the first pair I saw and I didn't love it. Katie asked me if I wanted something less boxy and she worked her magic and brought be two sets to try on and I loved them!!! She knew exactly what would look flattering and sold me on both the sets she picked out!! She was so kind and friendly I felt like I was shopping with a friend. She's awesome. I accidentally took the wrong shirt so I went back the next day to exchange it and Ashley helped me out she was also super friendly and helped me find the shirt I was looking for in a matter of seconds. it was a fast and easy exchange!! Yikes this place needs some work. I came here with my partner and bought her two sets of new scrubs after a horrible day to cheer her up. I didn't care that it was 135$. When asked why I was paying for them by the cashier Jessica I said I'm Cheering her up. She then asked me if we were really good friends or if we were together. That's really not ok to ask someone. Would you ask a straight couple that? I was thinking all sorts of things but said oh we're together for her to say oh that's nice. Like what the hell?? I guess I should expect this type of behavior from people off the street but come on this is a business and I just spent 140$ on two sets. One top had to be ordered. It's been two weeks and no sign of it. We got weird vibes in general so the next time someone asks me that question I'm just gonna respond what do you think? Selection was ok. High priced. Life Uniform used to be my "go to" store for my scrubs, I spend hundreds here every year. Well never again. I experienced the worst customer service I have ever received. Usually the service at Life Uniform is pretty good so I was shocked. When I walked in, the lady at the counter didn't even look up or greet me even as I was heading up to the register. I had a return from items that I had purchased on their website, unworn with tags still on each item. I also had a receipt. She inspected every single article of clothing like she was investigating a crime scene(turning each one of the pants inside out), she also kept asking me if these items had been worn. I told her, no, a couple times, I told her that I tried them on they didn't fit so now I am returning them (foreign concept i know). She declared one of the items looked "worn". At that point I told her I tried it on once so I don't know what else to say really. I heard her give a short chuckle, I felt like a criminal. I'm surprised she didn't do a smell test. Honestly if you don't want your customers to try on the clothes they purchase online, maybe you should put that in writing somewhere, especially if you are going to give them such a hard time. How else is one supposed to know if it fits or not. I will NEVER come back to this store or shop online from this company again and I will make sure to tell all my friends in the medical field the deplorable service I had. Now I know why the Northgate location is closed. If you keep overcharging your customers for products and treating them like crap you won't have any. read more

I came in on a Sunday midday and there was a steady bunch of other customers shopping alongside me but every single staff member was incredibly attentive to me - I felt like the only one in the store. Buying scrubs for the first time and being plus sized intimidated me going in but all of my anxieties were put to ease with how knowledgeable the entire staff was with the different brands, styles within the brands and how they would all fit. I was impressed by the selection they had from XS-4X, tall and petite as well of the range of colors. Although they are a touch more than if I were to order them online the help I got is well worth the extra few dollars. read more

I had an okay experience here, the employee greeted me when I came in and asked if I needed anything but i didn't as I prefer to shop on my own. She checked on me a total of 2 times besides her initial greeting. She helped me when I finally had a question regarding shoes and she was helpful. The only thing that bothered me was some of the scrubs on the racks are ripped! Why are these products even on the floor? If I wanted ripped scrubs I would have made my own and they definitely wouldn't cost $20 on clearance. The store also seemed dreary and darker inside then I was expecting. read more

They sold my daughter a top without the tag. When she went back within a few days to exchange it for a smaller size, they would not let her exchange the top or take a return WITH receipt because it did not have the tags. Why sell it like that then? Great selection but disappointed with this situation. We will be shopping at an alternate store for scrubs. Just be cautious with the strict return policy here. read more

I was a long time customer that will never give them my business again ..I am built very weird and found a specific brand and size that works for me. I got home took the tags off and put them away . when I went to wear them they fit terrible. Same brand, same style . Luckily I saved the tags and receipt. About 2 weeks later I go back to the store to find something new they told me they appeared worn because it's a material that attracts fuzzies and I put them away with my other scrubs! She told me you can exchange them for the same brand . I told her that makes no sense they clearly don't work. Why can't I exchange them for something that works, she wouldn't let me because they appeared worn. I went ahead and got the same brand. They still fit terrible but I got a little different of a style because what else was I supposed to do? I call customer service before I try to battle exchanging these scrubs and the guy who I'm talking to I cant undwrstand. He places me on hold for a long time to try and find a manager. He comes back to tell me to ship my order back . I didn't buy ot online as I said$ I explain the story AGAIN and he tells me oh so you were in store. YES! and he goes I think the best thing to do is ship them back here and you will have to pay for shipping. WHAT?! I BOUGHT THEM IN STORE . I DONT WANT TO GET TO THE STORE AND GET THE SAME response. It's more inconvienent for me to have to go to the post office. I said why can't someone contact the alderwood store and let them know they need to return my items. He tells me they will if the tags are on them. I told him this is the worst customer service I've ever had . He kept apologizing for the store as if the only bad service was there. I told him it was the store and them. He could not get connected with the alderwood store . he then goes I though you tried to return them and they wouldn't let you! Great store, large selection, always the best service. They really take a lot of time to make sure I find exactly what I'm looking for. I've spent many hours in there trying on tons of scrubs to find the right ones, and they have very helpful recommendations. The gal also didn't mind the couple times I stayed late, she never tried to hurry me up even though they were closing. They even help me look through catalogs and their online selection if I can't find what I want in the store. I love shopping here, I buy all my scrubs at this store! I'm sorry but I used to love shopping here. Not so much anymore. When I found this store about a year ago the ladies who worked there where the nicest people. Mckayla was always soooo helpful, knowledgable and fun. She really made shopping easy. Now apparently she is gone, according to my co-worker, and the girl working (who I assume is new bc I've never seen her before) was a real disappointment. She had no idea what she was doing. I went in on a weekday morning, only a couple people in the store, and I was not really helped. The girl gave me the basic "hi how are you?/finding everything ok?" type of customer service and at the counter she was annoying and rude. Not like it used to be. Plus she couldn't answer any of my questions. So frustrating. Scrub shopping is hard and now it's going to be too much work. read more

The unisex selection isn't that great. There's a large selection of sport type material scrubs unavailable in unisex. I went in and wasn't greeted today. Both of the evening cashiers were sitting there checking sales numbers. (Everyone know it's unprofessional to do that on a sales floor.) After they just sat there at the register eating chips. Ugh! Really? Eventually I sort of found what I was looking for after sorting out the unisex scrubs that were over labeled by Cherokee. The sales associates were not helpful at all. Once I went to the register to purchase, the card reader denied my card. There was some system error that they could not fix. Which meant I wasted my time shopping around for 45 minutes and left the store empty handed. I obviously had funds available in my debit card but both of the sales associates could not act on their feet to solve the register error. This place sucks! read more

I have been here 3 times. The first time was good, nothing exceptional. They offered help. They did not have my size in something I wanted so I chose another style. The second time they did not have my size again (medium-regular bottoms). The woman convinced me to try medium-petite which I thought may work. After one day of wearing them I called and spoke to (Tammy I think) and she was very courteous and said there would be no problem exchanging them even though I wore them once. When I went in for the exchange I got a guilt trip. The receipt says Penelope (middle aged woman). She huffed and puffed a bit and stared at the bottoms when I told her I had called first. When I mentioned "Tammy (I think)" she agreed to the name and rolled her eyes as if this employee were a problem. I suggested that she had excellent customer service and was happy to fix the problem. I didn't expect a guilt trip or the opposite of the telephone conversation when coming in. "Penelope" reluctantly did the exchange and then apologized if she made me mad. I will be likely shopping online in the future. I am new to scrubs and needed to try them on to start. Now that I know my size, there is nothing making me want to come back here. read more
