This is for the online experience. TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY. Will never shop here again. I purchased swim bottoms, swim top, and a rash guard from Carve here and spent a lot of money as the brand is expensive. They charge a lot for shipping and it wasn't even shipped that quickly. Once the items arrived, I realized I needed bigger swim bottoms (even though I followed their size chart and Carve usually has consistent sizing). When I went to exchange the swim bottoms for a bigger size I was SHOCKED to see that I would have to pay to ship the bottoms back and then pay 9.00 (yes you read that right, to get an item that weighs 6 ounches) for shipping to get the new pair. They don't do exchanges, you have to pay to send the item back and then re-order the new size. To top it all off, you don't even get your money back. You get a "credit". So you can pay ridiculous shipping amounts in the future. They received their item several days ago yet I have not received an email saying so, and who knows when I will get my "credit". I will never shop this company again. Most places that sell high end clothes do free returns or exchanges and you get your money back in the form you paid. How this place is in business when there are so many other options is beyond me. read more

Their clothes are cute but there is NO PARKING here whatsoever. I even called and asked where to park and was told to park in the lot only to have the restaurant next door come yell at me and kick me out of the lot. I couldn't return a dress I ordered online that didn't fit. So now I'm out 90 min and $180 for a piece of clothing I can't wear. Will be telling this company not to email me or send me their crap catalogs ever again. If you can charge $180 for a knit dress you can find a place that your customers can get to. Also they aren't open on Sundays. Hope they go out of business along with the Bis restaurant next door. read more

I got to the store at 10 till three and the staff person shut the door in my face and said she hadn't been for three days and was exhausted. I hope this isn't hell title IX runs all of their stores. Very disappointed to travel so far and not be able to see the products in person. read more

Love this store for all athletic apparel needs.The girls who work at this location were super helpful over the phone and were able to order a couple of items I forgot to pick up when I was at the Green Lake store. They didn't even charge for shipping like the girl at the Green Lake location did. Customer service is great here and the store is beautiful. Parking is a nightmare on the weekend, but the location is good - close to Belle Square and next to loads of good restaurants and cafe/bakeries. This store also gets a lot of light - it makes shopping in here a delight. Need a bathroom break while shopping? They have you covered - different size of something you love? Researched and ordered for you. Prices here rival those at Athleta, Lucy, and Lulu, but I find the patterns and styles here to by my favorite thus far. read more

This store rocks & I agree with Kerou C. about the sports bras! I am pretty busty and wanted a bra with NO bounce. Guess what...got one here! ALL kinds of sports bras for yes every shape and size. And yes I ran around the store and did a bit of Plyometrics to test them out!! The clothes, both the work out clothes and non work out clothes are very well made and really unique and stylish. Nice fabrics geared for the Pacific NW. Good hiking, snow & just great casual pieces. The girls are friendly and very helpful too and I had fun shopping. It is located in the old part of Bellevue which is nice opposed to the mall. They are also online and have a catalog. My work out clothes from Title Nine last for years! I love them! read more

The merchandise at Title 9 is fantastic. They have a great variety of sporty, elegant, quality clothing that is perfect for the Pacific Northwest. The service, on the other hand, leaves something to be desired. There were three employees at the front counter talking and working while I shopped. There was a distinct lack of enthusiasm in their customer service. Although they helped me a couple of times, they could see I had arm loads of garments and that I was having difficulty finding sizes, yet they did little to help. I would have spent much more money had I been helped by an enthusiastic staff member assisting with finding sizes and coordinating outfits. read more

I went to this store for the first time today in search of a sports bra. They had a wide variety with sizes and types to fit anyone! And I mean anyone! In addition, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and knew their stuff. They didn't even find it strange when I tried on 8 of them and then spent half an hour jumping around the store (ladies, you know it has to be done). I would definitely recommend it! They are a little pricey, but if they don't have it they can order it and mail it to your home. I do wish they wouldn't change the names of certain things from the ones designated by the brand though, it makes it hard to look up online :) read more

The styling and overall organization of this store need some help. It felt a lot like a bargain basement type experience with everything just randomly hung up. Sweaters next to workout clothes, next to clearance items, etc. Added to that they didn't have much merchandise to look at. I can't imagine ever buying anything from this store. read more

I have always loved the clothes at Title Nine, and love the vibrant staff. And, now I have a new reason to love Title Nine: My aunt moved to Seattle to be close to us, and for treatment of her Pancreatic cancer. When she has chemo, calls in sick, or is at one of her many doctors appointments, Title Nine is kind to her. I just called to let them know she is in the hospital, and they told me that she could take the time she needs to get well. They give her a reason to get up so many mornings, and I will be forever grateful. Please support this fabulous store. read more

Title Nine is great! I've been to a few of their locations - Green Lake & Bellevue & love them both! The staff @ Bellevue are super friendly too! And I've met a lot of different friends @ their events! They have different events about every other month or so such as a running group, Zumba, and so much more! It's great for me since I work a 8-5 job because usually their events are in the evenings or on weekends so I know I can attend and still have time for family! And for their clothing selection... let's just say I have to limit myself because they have such great things! anything from running, hiking, rock climing, or just out and about, they have clothes for every woman! I highly recommend this store! And again, the staff know their stuff. Questions, just ask! they will always help you! read more
