Katie, the owner guided us through a gentle flow and I was so deep into the practice I cried at the end during a sweet poem and story. This organic experience had me wanting more and I have been a happy camper ever since! I have also been to therapeutic yoga classes with Carrie, who will blow you away with her knowledge of the body and how to heal naturally. The events are also a really fun way to gather with like minded yogis and chat about life. The spring equinox circle and book club have been a lot of fun. Beautiful space. Loving Community.
