Kendra was amazing! She took the time to help me find the perfect bra and prosthesis. She was both professional, kind and funny. If not for the incessant chatter during which we couldn't get a word in edgewise, we might actually have signed up to buy that $12,000 mattress "deal" she was "giving" us, but "don't tell anybody." The only answer I can come up with is the parking lot and location but now since I'm utilizing the gym in this area more frequently I made my way over to check it out! The parking lot is fantastic and there is a beautiful Sephora located inside. There is a decent variety of options for everything you may want. I was looking at the athletic wear. I even had spoken to a sales associate about an item I had found wondering if there was another available and she was very willing to look for me and even looked on the computer which I thought was very kind and thorough. There was a clearance rack wear I found some fabulous discounts and there were other sales going on. Some of the original prices may be on the higher side but if you know how to shop Kohl's I think that you can do very well. There are always discounts, Kohl's cash, 15 percent off senior day on Wednesdays,15 percent off military and veterans on Mondays ! Stop in a check it out. I visited to return an item I purchased online because it was missing a piece. There was someone in front of me being assisted and I did not wait long. The staff member was very friendly, quick, and personable. The transaction took maybe 5 minutes. I then decided to browse the store since I was given Kohl's cash as part of my refund. I did not see anything I really needed though. The store was actually pretty big in size. Everything was laid out on the same floor and somewhat easy to maneuver. I went through so many departments. I think I browsed through all departments except for the children's sections. The clearance items were scattered in different places so if you were looking for a specific clearance or sale sign, you would be out of luck. The store was tidy for the most part and clean. It was also nice because there were barely any shoppers, which I definitely prefer. I wound up leaving after looking through everything because ya know, budgeting!

I called the shop to ask if they could look at the loose head set on my bicycle (handlebars). The…read morewoman on the phone specifically told me to wait and bring it on Tuesday when the tech would be there. On Tuesday, I loaded up my bike and drove it down to the shop. After being completely ignored for five minutes by the woman and a man, that seemed to be the tech? I finally asked if the tech was around to look at the bicycle that we brought in. The woman then asked us what brand it was, when she found out it wasn't a Treck. She told us they wouldn't look at it. She didn't say it in a nice way. She was very, very abrasive, and quite frankly seemed annoyed that we were in her shop. I mentioned to her that another woman told me to bring the bike in and mentioned nothing about the Bike having to be the Treck brand. Her response was "that wasn't me ". She could not have cared less. Terrible experience for our first time being in the shop. Needless to say, we will never be back. We're in the market for new bicycles, and will not be purchasing at this shop. Customer service is everything... And this shop lacks! There are other bicycle shops in town. I just can't imagine that this attitude is good for business. Both my husband and I were shocked on how we were treated.
