He stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes, walking through my entire order and making sure I had everything I needed. I was blown away by the level of service. Maybe I'm a bit jaded living in LA, but this felt truly above and beyond. It's rare to find a company that is this responsive, personal, and genuinely cares. I also love that this is a family-run business. It makes such a difference, and I much prefer supporting companies like this over big corporations that often lack customer service. It really shows in how they treat their customers. We are so excited for our cabinets to arrive and already look forward to placing more orders as we continue fixing up our new home. The salesman never gave me the vibe that he was trying to get me to spend any more money. Rather he seemed much more concerned with making sure I got what I needed. Even better, I spent far less than what I expected. He seemed obviously much more concerned with winning over repeat business and I would say he succeeded. The storeroom itself is an old drafty building which doesn't make it very cozy and honestly lowered my expectations, but by the time I walked out of the door I couldn't have cared less about that. It was one of those rare old school retail transactions that you just don't get with today's corporate retail environment.
