A completely awful experience purchasing appliances. I paid for appliances on the 28th of May and…read morescheduled for delivery for the 26th of June. On Friday the 21st of June I was notified that my delivery date was rescheduled for July 1st between 10:30am - 2:30pm. I confirmed the date and time the Friday prior to delivery. On the day of delivery I received a text again confirming the day and time, at this point we got rid of our old appliances to make room. At 2:30pm when the driver still hasn't shown up, I called and was informed that the driver was held up at the house prior to mine, and that they needed 30 more minutes. At 3:30pm still no driver and no communication. My husband called and was at that time informed that our appliances were in a different state all together, that they have just made it to their warehouse and that they needed to again reschedule for the 6th of July. After the 6th without any communication and no appliances, we called again and was then told our delivery date is the 10th of July. The appliances delivery tracker still says our scheduled delivery date is the 1st. Take my warning and save yourself a lot of headaches and go anywhere else for purchasing appliances.
