Please bear with me! This review is long! I needed to get…read moreout of the house now that the outside temps were a little "cooler". I went to AMC Valley Bend to see Minions & Monsters and Toy Story 5 on Wed., July 8. The employees were all very nice and professional! I expressed a desire to see both movies and they were both in theatres next to each other and the timing of the ending of the first movie to the beginning of the second movie was close! I purchased tickets to both movies as well as a beverage and pretzels. I enjoyed the first movie, which started at 1:00 pm and went next door to see Toy Story 5 next. The previews were being shown when Hannah, a young lady who provided great info at the ticket counter, found me and asked if I had purchased a large popcorn. I said "no" and thanked her because she was going to offer to get me a popcorn refill to save me time so I wouldn't miss the beginning of Toy Story 5! That was very kind of her, esp. since I have an injured left leg and the theatre Toy Story 5 was being shown in was at the far end of the building! After the movie, I spoke with Tyler, another great employee, to see if Hannah was available, but she wasn't. I wanted to give her a big hug and thank her for her kindness! She really made my day! I will definitely remember her and I will definitely return here to watch movies! The theatres were clean and the inside temperature was cool! Thank you!

One of, if not the worst theater I've ever been to. It's in a nice part of town but you'd think it…read morewas in the rough part of town. First off, parking lot is extremely dark leaving your vehicle vulnerable to being broken in to. Inside and out is in desperate need of an update and proper staffing. Going to the movies is far too expensive to have to deal with rude employees, trash everywhere, and disgusting bathrooms. Went to a move last night 08/22 and had three kids running in and out over and over again, teens taking photos, and grown ass adults talking. Do you not have anybody monitoring the theaters? If an employee came in and stayed for even 2-3 minutes they would have seen the kids running in and out, teens taking photos, and adults talking and it could have been dealt with. Instead, you expect people to leave the movie they are overpaying to watch to report the issues so that hey employee they inform can ignore it and the issue keeps happening
