A movie theater close to home?! Yes! I no longer grace to drive through 20 lights and heavy traffic to see a show. The place is clean, the prices are competitive, and I am glad they are in business! Sometimes they have issues with their luxury seats. Sometimes they have a rush of people and the bathroom is in disarray (but ai've never seen it unclean), and they do make money in concessions. However, the ticket prices are reasonable, the place is clean and comfortable, and they are in a perfect location for me! Lady jumps the line and they allow it. Pissing off the entire line. No management leading to the lobby being a total circus. Ridiculous.

This theater has always been my first choice for big ticket movies, because it is never sold out! Not long waits and good seats to choose from.. but this will be my last visit! Customer service was horrible! About 8 employees and every last one of them were on their phones or eating and playing. Got into the movie theater and it was filthy! Our seats had grass, popcorn, butter and our stuff in them. Other patrons complained as well. Not coming back! read more

This new movie theatre is already kinda run down. It looks dated in the super small lobby. The seats are the standard theatre seats that have the reclining seat back. Most of these seats are worn out and do not return to the upright position. Walking down the aisle way is a challenge with a the seat backs in the way. The screen size is nice and the sounds system is nice. It's an okay place to go, but it's not the nicest place in town. read more

This place is only good if all the other theaters are sold out .. this is a new theater that is already old and outdated . With a broken seat that was paid for and could not be sat in . The concessions are not good the sodas was flat and the popcorn tasted old . But the girl at the concessions was very good and polite and tried to fix our issues . read more

My car was getting serviced at the firestone about 3 miles away. I decided to walk to this theater (it took an hour). Once I get there I decide to see Rampage since it was one of the only movies I hadn't seen in theaters, and the lady looks at me confused because the movie is in an hour and a half. Keep in mind this is also Wednesday at like 1230pm so there's only like 30 people at most in the theater so she was confused why I showed up over an hour early for a movie that wasn't even avengers infinity war. It was quite funny to explain to her that I had been trekking an hour through parking lots to finally arrive here to watch a movie. We had a laugh and I took a nap in the theater to pass the time. Staff here A+. Really, the only downside to this place is that it isn't very new feeling/feels a little bare. Don't get me wrong, the outside of the theater is actually quite pretty, but the lobby itself is a little bare, so are the snack selections. The movies aren't listed electronically anywhere except for online, they actually just have paper printouts of what movies are being shown at what time for you to look at. The theaters are small, but the sound system is up there for best movie sound experiences so that's a plus. In summary, staff are awesome, popcorn was good, theater lobby was a little bare, theaters themselves have great sound systems but are small. But overall, a good theater! read more

Paid with cash and gave it to the lady up front but I'm missing 10 bucks and when I ask the lady she said she was keeping it as a "tip" and was very rude after wards. I got my 10 bucks back but she was very rude to start with. Customer service was horrible and took forever for me and my friends to see the movie. read more

Like this place because staff is always friendly, never crowded & currently updating the seating to recliners in all theaters. And of course, always the right price for a movie any day. I usually try to see two movies, have a small popcorn and I still have change left from my $20. read more

My husband & I just moved to the area a month ago & have gone to this cinema 4 times & each & every time it's been a fantastic experience! Tje only thing I believe they could do better is staff the front for ticket sales etc. so the snack bar isn't so slow getting customers their treats for the show. Carry earplugs if you go there. They have the volume maxed out. I put tissue in my ears and it was still about 10 times too loud. Terrible!! Ruined the movie. Should have just left. Won't be back!!! read more

I've been to this theater a couple times because it so close to my home in Madison and easier to get to than go all the way to Monaco or Madison Square. It's a pretty decent size theater and has a lot of options for the movies one might want to see. I really enjoy the layout of the each room as there is ample space between each row so you don't really feel like you're bothering anyone when walking by. Also, the chairs are reclining and provide a better watching experience. The tickets are priced pretty well and pretty cheap compared to other theaters. Like all theaters, concessions are not cheap and pretty overpriced but large options give free refills which is always a nice option. For my future movie endeavors, I will always consider Cineplanet as an option of theaters to visit. read more

Dirty and run down, although it is a newer theatre. We saw a movie in theatre 15 and most of the recliners were broken (4 in 10 in the row we were in). But the worst was the people we encountered, from a couple that insisted a family move to accommodate them to a man screaming at my daughter. Our daughter had to wait for her dad in the restroom and that's when a man started screaming "there's a woman in here!!" she's just a little kid. He didn't stop even when she was crying and acted like he'd lost his mind. We've never experienced anything like this in Madison and would encourage others to look at other local places for a night at the movies. read more

The seats were filthy and a fourth of them were broken. They also had popcorn stuffed all down in the sides. The manager came in and wiped our seats with Clorox wipes and apologized. What a mess. There are plenty of other theaters so we won't be back. read more

Wow! We recently saw a movie here shortly after its re-opening during the pandemic, the seats have been replaced with new ones which are beautiful and extremely comfortable. They recline, unlike the previous ones. The young gentleman who served us behind the concession counter was a breath of fresh air, a student at Oakwood College. We love this theater so close to home! read more

We have been to this theater several times. Yes I miss the reclining seats, but they are great for my husband who has knee problems. Popcorn is good. Staff is friendly. Bathrooms are clean. Overall pretty good. I have not experienced any of the issues that others have mentioned. They are on a learning curve and I for one am willing to support them for the convenience of having a theater in Madison. read more

The theatre is overall dirty and I will not be back. I'll go to the Cinemark Monaco any day and pay more. There is not enough parking and handicap parking is not near the front door. I'm very disappointed most of all that the teens behind the refreshments counter were not working hard at all and not willing to help us at all. Absolutely terrible. My family and I arrived at 4:20 for a 4:30 movie. The outside ticket window was closed and a note telling patrons to pay for their tickets at the concession stand was posted. The lines were outrageous since there was no line for just people who wanted to go to the movie and not purchase concessions. Waited in line for about 25 minutes. Finally got to the front to find that there were only about 3 seats left in the tiny little theatre and all were in the front row. I don't understand why there would even be such a small theatre in existence. It was also severely understaffed for the busiest movie week of the year (day after Christmas). We decided not to attend and will not be returning. read more

Good theater, but the projection in a few of the theaters is horribly out of convergence... it's not rocket science to know a star is a single white dot, not a red dot a green dot and a blue dot.... but wowa! The sound system rocks! Gun shots and explosions will rattle your bones, they've turned it to 11! :-). Lobby is bare bones though, limited choices at the snack counter ( I chock this up to new theater... )but seriously candy list is hand written on a piece of paper! been to three movies..... first movie the lights didn't turn off.... super annoying... I went and told the "manager on duty" and the look on his face was you're bothering me for this!? ... btw, the lights never went off... And the next two movies the lights have been on. I'd give it one star, but the ticket window person and the small team at snack counter are attentive and helpful. I think this is all due to new theater.... owner needs to get their %*}^ in order. I know they are the new kid on the block, I just feel that they are still in a "soft open" mentality. I will most definitely be back... really the three most critical for me is, comfortable seats! We visited tonight for our fourth and final time. I won't return! The last two times we have had squeaky seats. For the second time, we purchased popcorn and LARGE drinks because we were told we get free refills. On the way out we tried to get refills and guess what? They rudely told us the drink machines had already been shut down. The parking lot was still almost half full so shows were still going on. What about those people that bought large drinks and popcorn expecting refills? Next time I will pay a higher price at a different theater for comfortable seats and quality customer service. My husband and I took our children to see Incredibles 2. I give them a 3. I would have given a 5, but the bathrooms were nasty and there wasn't toilet paper in most of the stalls. We went to sit down and there was popcorn all in the floor and in spilled all on the seats. Something was smeared all over each of our seats so we had to go get wet paper towels to clean them with. The good note is the seats were very comfortable. I myself don't need a recliner to sit in when I go to a theater, I can do that at home. The sound was amazing, and the screen was very clear. The staff were very friendly. I just recommend them work on the cleanliness of the place because it's very important to have a clean facility! read more

For the most part, this has been a solid theatre. However, I won't recommend seeing a movie at this theatre late at night. Went and saw avengers endgame for the 3rd time here, and for one, the theatre was sooo hot I was sweating the whole time. Secondly, they turned the freaking lights on at the end with the most climatic part of the movie and completely ruined it. Then thirdly, the trash guy was making a bunch of ruckus noise at the very end of the movie at a very emotional part. Luckily, it was my third time seeing it. But had it been the first time, I would have been IRATE. Movie theatres are where people go to get an experience that takes them away from the world. If it had been technical difficulties, I would be okay. This, however, was just flat out disrespect and lack of attention to details. read more

My family has visited this theater on numerous occasions. The seats do not recline but are comfy, good selection of movies, and the popcorn is good. Prices are reasonable and cheaper then driving into Huntsville. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean. We will be going back. read more

Watched valerian on 22 July. Movie was good. Hope they have a sequel. However, this theatre billed as the lastest and greatest is on par with dollar theatres built 10 years ago. Wall coverings look like cheap metal outdoor house siding The management is cutting corners with not running air conditioning continuous causing me to sweat and stick to the pleather seats. These non reclining pleather seats were uncomfortable. If you needed to rock a baby to sleep, these seats might work for that. The movie and commercials ran behind schedule. The acoustics were bad with just bare concrete floor. It is a shame that Madison gets a new dollar theatre that was advertised as a modern theatre comparable to theatres in Huntsville. . This company doesn't understand Madison demographics. No one will want to be uncomfortable in this dollar theatre when you can enjoy a movie at the same matinee price at the Monaco or Madison square 12. Both of these have reclining seats and you will be comfortable. read more
