I came here looking for bridesmaids dresses and, at first, had a really positive impression. I was…read moretold that any dress I saw in the magazines or on the floor could be ordered and delivered within 1-2 weeks. Based on that, my bridesmaids and I visited the shop once a week for three weeks, and each time we were reassured that dresses could be delivered quickly. On our final visit, we chose the dresses and placed the order. We were told again they would arrive within a week. When I called to check on the status, I was told it would be ready the following week. However, when one of my bridesmaids went into the store in person, she was told the dresses would actually take about a month and a half. Because of this sudden change, we had to scramble to find dresses elsewhere. When I called to request the measurements so we could order online, the staff member I spoke to had a very rude and dismissive tone. She told me, "These are my measurements, so you would need to pay $20," and became increasingly hostile during the call. When I tried to explain the situation and the inconvenience caused, she began yelling at us over the phone, saying it was "her time" for those measurements. After several minutes of being spoken to rudely, she finally gave us the measurements--but the entire interaction was extremely unprofessional and stressful, especially during what should be an exciting time planning a wedding. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the misleading information, lack of communication, and poor customer service. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
