After a quick search for a local vendor for a tractor implement that we have, I found Dave's Tractor and we gave them a call. We were prepared with item numbers and such for what we needed and received a call back a short while later with a quote and availability. They were willing to remove the additional parts from the implement they had in stock to sell us and order again for themselves. Not only this, they took a credit card over the phone and since they weren't going to be at the shop, Dave was nice enough to meet up with me elsewhere to pick up the teeth. Easy peasy! We won't hesitate to contact them again if the need arises and I highly recommend giving them a call for tractor/implement needs!

They listened to an attempted start, and guessed it was a stuck valve. Fixed it while I waited in 15 min. Works out of a house, so call ahead to make sure he is there. This was the only small engine repair I could find in Anchorage, and I was glad to have such fast and successful service.

Anyways, it's been almost 2 months and nothing from them yet so I ordered one from eBay a couple of days ago and got it today. The guys there are hopeless. Customer service is horrible. Fortunately, I was in no big rush to get this part but that's beside the point.
