During the first heavy snowfall of the year! They called to let me know they were running late and kept checking in. They finally came at 9 pm. I was impressed that they said they'd show up that day and kept working until they kept their word. They took the belt off the snowblower; it turned out they didn't have that one on the truck. It was too late to get the belt they needed, so they came back the next day and quickly replaced it. I really appreciate that they came to my house instead of making me drag that heavy machine to them. The price was reasonable and I will definitely use them again if I ever need a small engine repaired.

We were prepared with item numbers and such for what we needed and received a call back a short while later with a quote and availability. They were willing to remove the additional parts from the implement they had in stock to sell us and order again for themselves.
