I had to wait in line with the door to the bathroom open just to use a gross toilet while men are walking in and out freely to use the urinal. Why am I being subjected to that??? Another major gripe that I have with MSR- they (illegally?) deny free water here. Maybe that has changed, the last time I was here was over the summer. But out of the like 5-6 times I have been at MSR, they've denied me cups of water every single time and the bartender insisted I have to buy bottled water. Isn't it against state law to do that in Georgia? What a truly terrible way to treat your patrons. They don't care about you. At all lol. I'm sure if they didn't have to live up to health department guidelines that conditions would be even worse. Issue #2: We were moved out of our section almost 20 minutes after we bought our last bottle (by a completely different server) because "another group was coming". There were several groups that had been there longer than us or about the same time as us and none of them were rushed out the way we were. One of the male servers grabbed all of our stuff and said we had to move. He only offered an alternative table after I asked where we would go when we still had drinks, hookah etc. even then he only offered us an outdoor space that only 3 of us could've sat at. Our group spent over $700 and got rushed out as if we weren't paying customers. He kept tapping my shoulder rushing me to move when I was gathering my group since everyone was confused. The experience could have been better for the amount we spent with them. FYI Parking is also $30 if you want to be near the entrance. Very unlikely that we'll return to this location even though we were really excited to check it out after seeing TikTok videos and reviews on the place. African American gentlemen didn't catch his name. I'm out of town from Chicago looking for good time and I step into line and they only take cash or cash app. That's solely fine but the gentleman who took my payment had such grotesque energy it was extremely baffling to me. I had trouble finding the cash app and Instead of helping me out he says and I quote "Well I think your ears are clogged" are you kidding me?
