Same with the cleaning, the staff isn't the problem it's the gym members, I walk into the bathroom to find hairs all over the sink and floor, these people don't know how to clean up after themselves same with the toilets they leave pee all over the place and sometimes I see the toilets clogged, people need to have more respect for the gym. I also see people in the locker room in the way with their bags on the counters just standing there taking pictures of themselves or videos. I understand taking pictures for ur progress but it shouldn't have to take that long and you shouldn't be taking up all the space other people need. I always see the janitor cleaning and making the gym looking super good but then here go the people ruining both the janitors hard work. I think this gym needs stricter rules. ( I wish everyone who goes here remembers is a gym and a place to workout, not a place to stand around talking to people and taking up the machines just to not use them)

On multiple occasions, I noticed bodily fluids on equipment and in common areas that remained for extended periods before being cleaned. Members would report concerns, but staff often seemed understaffed or uninterested in responding promptly. Seeing what appeared to be blood on equipment and other unsanitary substances in locker room areas was unacceptable and made me question the gym's cleaning procedures. What made the situation worse was management's response. Rather than taking concerns seriously and communicating what steps were being taken, complaints were often met with vague assurances that someone would "look into it." The same issues continued to appear week after week. A gym should be one of the cleanest places you visit, not a place where you're worried about hygiene and safety. Until management demonstrates a genuine commitment to cleanliness and member well-being, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

My fitness level has improved so much in the two years I've been a member. My favorite thing about this location, though, is the community- coaches and other members. The coaches are so positive and supportive, they will really help you modify your workout so it works best for you.
