However, I anticipate the review to be very similar since it's the same gym run by the same people with the same business structure. Loves Park Peak: The gym is spacious and offers a lot of equipment which is nice. However, customer service is lacking. You walk in and the front desk is more of a hang out spot for the employees to chat amongst themselves instead of being customer service oriented. It's a higher end gym, you would think the members would be treated as such. The classes, have the right equipment, but the up beat energy of instructors to motivate and hype up the members and command a class is missing. I took a cycling class, great music, great ambiance and lighting, but the motivation, excitement, and hype at the front of the room from the instructors was sad and lacking. I tried many different times and different instructors, but sadly didn't find anything other than lacking. They seemed nice though. I do come from a high end gym, Club Studio, in Irvine CA. where their classes are all one big epic party while working out with great ambiance, great sound system, great mood lighting, and top notch instructors that elevate and motivate you throughout the whole class. Sadly, they do not have a Club Studio yet in Rockford and I did end up leaving Peak. Couldn't really justify the price of the membership at Peak when you can get close to the same amenities at any other gym in the area. Good gym. Nothing special. Not worth the hype.

I was out of town on black Friday and entered the store when they opened on Saturday. I was told that the sale was only on black Friday. This is our 2 season as seasonal campers at Lake Louise. It's also the second season without a…read moreworking pool and little to no communication as to the issue with the pool or when it will be fixed; really fixed. When we first decided to become seasonal at LL we were told by the park manager that bathrooms were one of the top items to be renovated. Unfortunately renovated and working are two different things. There is no activity director therefore activities are regularly cancelled at last minute or moved with no notice. The store in site does not sell things you would expect to find at a campground store ie camping essentials but that's ok but it's really hot or miss as to when the store is open. Good luck finding the operating hours and if you do find them, even better luck finding the store operational during those times. As a seasonal camper with your credit card on file, you will be charged for pump outs that are not listed in your contract and are supposed to be included in your yearly fee. No wxplaination will be given to you as to why you were charged this year but not last year. Any campers who do speak up about issues with the campground or management are threatened with being kicked out or retaliated against. Team Outsider is who owns the campground. You will never see them post about Lake Louise like they do their other properties because for some reason they don't care about this one. The co-owners of Team Outsuder, Cody Sauer and Josh Weissenstein have been reached out to multiple times by campers to voice their concerns about the state of LL only to have both Josh & Cody turn a blind eye and a deaf ear. I would recommend not doing business with Lake Louise or ANY campgrounds owned by Team Outsider FKA Land Lease America.

815 Mistake This was…read moreone of the first escape rooms me and my wife ever did. We returned after they added their new room the clock themed one. In the meantime we have done over 40+ escape rooms with roughly 15+ different companies. This place ranks the lowest on our scale to date. The puzzles, rooms, props and mechanisms are all very underwhelming. The puzzle structure is prime for bottle necking and the game masters we've had provided the worst "hints" of any company. When people need to repeatedly ask for hints on your hints it may be in fact time for you yourself to take a hint that your help is anything but. The only positive I can give is, that of the few mechanisms nothing broke. This place has no competition in Rockford but if ANY came to town I would not be surprised to see it close like the axe throwing place next door. There are 20+ places closer to Chicago, consider them before here.
