I asked for an update about 7 days later. It took a couple days for a response, but I got it. He had to order parts. About 10 days later he sent me a pic of the repairs. A couple days after that, a pic of it running without leaks. A couple days later he delivered my hot tub. About 3 weeks total. The price was right in the middle of his high and low estimate, which I felt was very reasonable. He asked for a few hundred down payment before pick up, which was a bit unnerving, but he had to drive almost an hour to my house so I can understand he's not working for free. The remainder was paid on delivery. The work looked really good and I've been using my tub with no problems.

It took 2 visits and i wasn't happy. I did ask for help to get to know the filter I had. I bought a house that came with a super pool. I never owned a pool before. I wanted help to get it running. He showed me what goes where but didn't get it going. I guess I was missing parts. So I'll give them that. But each visit is $130 an hour. Total bill was about $700. I was pretty upset because of the 2 visit charge. Kicker is. In this picture it just sits there, not connected. I still can't run the filter.
