Fuel House was just the opposite. When I walked in, the owner immediately greeted me with a big smile and put me at ease. One of the women in class came over and introduced herself, and the instructor made a point to say hello as well. Everyone was at different levels, and mistakes were not frowned upon. It was a relaxing atmosphere where you could exercise without judgment. Also, the facility was very clean and didn't have that usual gym smell. The class rates are reasonable, so you can pay per class or join as a member. I will definitely be back, if only to be around such a welcoming crowd of women. Thank you for this positive experience.

Basketball court, pickle ball, indoor track, studios, weights and machines. Shower and locker room. There is plenty of parking, but not many by the front entrance. I highly recommend buying all the equipment you could possibly need so that you don't have to worry about renting it or buying it later on. There are videos to follow when you exercise in the mini-hot studio, but you can pace yourself. The staff are really nice when they are available. I wish there were more community events to try to get local gym members to interact with each other more but otherwise this is a nice option to have for a gym. Need to make more time for it.

My skin is glowing But for years going to the gym has become a chore, now I can't wait to get here! What a great feeling that is! There is so many classes to choose from ! I'm doing yoga, I'm doing ISO work, I'm doing core work, we work with all the different bands, and for cardio they have cycling saunas and rowing and a seated elliptical. They also have in the back of the gym dumbbells and kettlebells and stability balls so you can really do everything that you need to do right here! Plus this place is open 24/7 and the classes are always running so there's no excuse! I feel the soreness I used to get from other classes has lessened because of the heat, don't get me wrong you can feel that you worked your muscles, but you're not in agony! At least that's been my experience so far!

The price was reasonable when I did it except that they could did not handle situations well if you…read morepaid a lump sum that included classes. Then if they changed the plans of the classes, then myself was not properly either reimburse or apportioned something comparable without having to ask. They would've just let me throw my money for absolutely nothing. The stress, time, and energy of the negotiations of this, and then being asked several times and my willingness to tell the managers/admin why I did not want to rejoin the gym made for a very unpleasant experience. When I would try to do the classes which I paid for in advance but then after the changeover, the staff who taught the classes didn't seem to be getting reimburse properly and it was a struggle to sign up what I had paid for. Why I couldn't just be offered 4 free shakes or 50% of the full amount I paid for a few classes at that time as I had used about half of what I paid for, because that is the equivalent amount I didn't use at that time is beyond me. The system where managers supposedly cannot reimburse or offer something reasonably comparable with flexibility where the customer is negotiating a reasonable request from the beginning is aggravating and very absurd. Over 2 years later, I am still on their e-mal list. I have requested many times to be removed from the e-mail list and they keep sending me things, but under a different name usually because personnel change. This is a gym with good parking and they keep the equipment in reasonable shape overall, but the system needs to change greatly. I had to think about writing this review because it has been so long, but it is totally relevant and related to when I was with this particular Edge for 1 year and 2 or 3 months. It is related to the previous review I wrote, and I cannot edit that one at this point.

The model let's everyone pace themselves, but there's a lot of encouragement and concentration on form. This has worked well for me. They handle the pandemic better than some other gyms with temperate checks, making sure the lockers are sanitized if used, and letting us sanitize the equipment and then them sanitizing after everyone leaves as well. Everyone is spaced out every three stations, so they only have 1/3 of what they could normally have. For working out and possibly doing stretches, I like this more. It makes me feel more comfortable. Ultimately, though, I want to use up all the rest of my sessions and then transition to personal training presently.
