Nine pm of 07/06/2024 I experienced an incident after ordering a medium size mozzarella stick. After a minute and 30 seconds I received the order and once received the mozzarella was a couple hours old. Pushed the button and requested for fresh mozzarella sticks. Three minutes later I received second order after looking in the bag there were only 5. The medium mozzarella stick come with six pieces. Asked crew worker to add an extra mozzarella stick they continued by taking them back just to come back with the same mozzarella sticks from the first order and one fresh mozzarella stick. I went back and asked what's the reason of this the crew worker responded ma'am we are sorry we are just short handed. As a reminder it's nine seventeen at this time so there were time to make order again but worker refused because store was shutting down at nine 30. The restaurant close at ten pm. Called the next morning to make a complaint and there werent any store manager nor supervisor to speak with so store is only left with a shift leader. So the worker on the phone stated it's best to call in the morning due to manager getting married over the weekend. Which I haven't been to this location in the pass six months due to current situation and chose not to go further and decided to give this location another try last night just to experience the same incident. This is beyond ridiculous and poor management which concern me for others. I must say store lost a customer and I'm positive there will be more if this bull continue. read more

I go get drinks there pretty much everyday. Sonic drinks are the best. The food quality has been suffering. Good luck getting fresh tots or fries and as far as the popcorn chicken goes...
