Do they even read the orders? Literally everything about my mobile order was wrong. Tried to get correction from Rachel and she couldn't be bothered. After chasing her down all I got were eye rolls and passive aggression. After all was said and done she still forgot the straws.. and made sure we had 15 to go home with. Did a mobile order for a route 44 Diet Coke. Sat at stall #3 for over 20 minutes with still no Diet Coke. Seemed simple enough just one drink but apparently not. The only carhop looked like she was in her late 60's and looked frustrated and confused so I just decided to leave without saying anything. Most time when you drive up the outside music is so loud that the servers keep saying they can't hear you even if you yell. The credit card machine never works. Three times I have ordered and never got my food! Today there were only 2 cars there! After re-pressing the button they ask how can they they help, what did you order, which stall are you on? I go to this Sonic weekly. (It's my end of work treat to myself, cut me some slack.) It used to take a while to get my food when I'd come here, but recently the service has been quick and all my food has been perfect! The carhops are so nice and helpful. A few times over the past couple months certain things I've ordered weren't available and they offered replacements, no questions asked. There's a reason I come back every week! read more

This place is just gross. It's not like sonic is the best or my favorite but this one really misses the mark, and that's sad being that the mark isn't even set high to begin with. The other day I came here and ordered some food. It all tasted bad, I don't know how to even explain it. It was like stale or something and just weird. Not really sure about this location. I use to come here as a kid and I just ordered a root beer... that's it.... took about 15 minutes for them to take my order... and 10 minutes to bring it out..... not sure how you get a cherry coke confused with root beer... but I'm so thirsty I'll drink it anyway... no telling how a food order would go, so I won't chance it. Way too much on the menu. Not very brilliant business skills there who ever owns sonic. Food is a rip off. Over priced fast food. Waitress Cindy in Ashland City I believe is her name an mature woman she is great at her job always positive and friendly. WE go there for the water mostly and always hope she serves us. read more

We are here almost daily with kids wanting drinks or ice cream, always fast and delicious!

I have always liked Sonic as it is good fresh food as far as fast food goes. Later in the evenings this location is a little slow.

The burgers are always lukewarm or cold and the onion rings usually taste like greasy chemicals. The ice cream is great and the service.
