The texture of the ice cream was nice and soft. I also really appreciated the small waffle cone piece they add on the side which was a little 'chip' I could use to dip into the ice cream. Small little detail but you don't see what the actual flavors are here unlike most other ice cream shops. They don't 'scoop' it right in front of you and so while ordering, you don't have a visual of what exactly the flavors are other than 'googling' it while waiting. Because of this, I wasn't sure if I was allowed to ask for samples etc. I assume it's some logistical reason as to why they can't show the flavors in the front, but in that case sampling flavors should be prompted/encouraged by the staff. I think it'd really help!

They post the daily flavors on Instagram, along with a "Combo of the Day" featuring two complementary flavors, which makes choosing even more fun.
