Picked up burger combos for myself and my father who lives in a nearby senior living community. Dad looks forward to meals and never complains except this time. He said "this was the worst hamburger I have ever had" and didn't finish it. The buns were rock hard and patty was so dry. It was early lunch but felt like it had sat out all day. Yuck! Even during a stacked line of cars in the drive thru and several cars parked under the stalls this Sonic delivers fast service with a smile. I came at the peak of happy hour and parked at a stall (luckily there was a breeze that day to keep me cool)! When I ordered, I told them I had a coupon. No problem. I saw as I ordered that the coupon was applied and my exclusion of mayo, add mustard were noted. In about five minutes, my order was enthusiastically brought to me by a carhop, who repeated my entire order for me to ensure accuracy. He told a little joke to add to his speedy delivery saying I owed $100.61 versus $1.61. Of course I paused and gave him a look, but I knew he was joking. Nothing wrong with a little humor! My bag was quite heavy too with the chicken tender sandwich I ordered. Tenders were meaty and sandwich was cooked to order with steam still parading off the top. I almost didn't eat dinner after eating this sandwich--that's how filling it was and that was the value size sandwich! My visits here have always provided excellent and efficient service. Pretty much a rarity compared to other Sonics I know. Kudos for quenching America's thirst and satisfying it's hungry with speed! This is the only location of Sonic that could possibly support Sonic's slogan, "America's Drive Thru!" read more

This is our second favorite Sonic in Humble. Yeah, second. But, we go there at least once or twice a week. The service here is always good. We have our favorite servers and always are glad when their voices come over the speakers. This is our favorite spot to stop on the way to work and on the way home to grab a drink.
