Hard to get in and out of. You have to go up a steep hill to go around this Sonic. The other side is down hill. I actually saw a wreck outside this restaurant. They are slow here too. The food here is ok but again , it's high sodium and high cholesterol fast food that's absolutely not good for you in anyway. I was here for probably 25 to 30 minutes. All I ordered was a hot dog combo. I just barely made it back to work in time while going to lunch here. My hot dog was messy and looked like it was fixed real fast and just thrown in the bag while the French fries were cold and they didn't give me any ketchup. Coming from a loyal customer also being from out of town this is the worst experience my family and I have every had. Our order was screwed up items missing and food not fresh and all its almost like they gave us food from the week before and just through it in the deep fryer and served it to us. All together we had 9 orders and got 6 of those orders and payed $75.00 hard earned dollars for garbage we even tipped the server who brought the food out for no reason at all because I asked her for Salsa for my burrito it's like she blank that out and brought back just bbq H Mustard ketchup basically everything but salsa. This place needs an upgrade. Mostly all the machines do not work. They do not take your card. The poor employees have to stop and go to another machine to pay for your items. That is taking time out from them making their tips!! Also most of all the screens do not work! This place needs a facelift really bad. It looks as if the owners are just taking our money and not keeping things in working order! Need to step it up. A new dodges store next to them. Now a Jacks is being built next to them. I wouldn't even give them one star. All I asked for was a number 4 with chicken instead of beef and they REFUSED to accommodate my order. They said "they couldn't" do it. I don't understand how making the same sandwich but placing chicken instead of beef is impossible. The assistant manager said no. So they rang me up for a regular chicken sandwich and then CHARGED me for every extra thing that made it the sandwich I asked for to begin with!!!!!! It looked fine when I checked it but they left off the lettuce and put on raw onions instead of the onion ring that I paid for. This is the most unprofessional thing I have experienced. Threw the sandwich out the window and went across the street to Taco Bell where they don't mind making a customer happy over a simple request. Since I had to give a star, I did . I just left Sonic in Batesville MS and the hamburgers I ordered , the buns were hard around the ends and the burgers were burnt . I went back here for the 3rd time in a year and was just as bad as the previous times. The order taker's response was "sonic", not welcome to sonic,how may I help you,let me repeat your order,etc... Carhop was very polite but burger was cold,bun stale,fries cold and soggy,and coke was flat and watered down !!! I order online it said be there in 5-7 minutes I got there in about 6 minutes I checked in it took about another 6 minutes for the screen to say that the server was on the way. It was another 10 minutes before they brought me my 2 drinks and 2 corn dogs if I hadn't already paid with the app I would have left. This sonic is a joke. read more

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service. I don't know if they thought it was funny or what but asking for a packet of salsa with my breakfast burrito, not getting it.
