Food is terrible. I called to tell them the food I ordered made me sick. The grease had to be really old. My food was black. Not burned just old grease. Offered me more. Why would I want more bad food. Just terrible to me. Fix the problem. I use to work here. I won't come back. read more

These folks just can't get a strawberry REAL FRUIT slush correct. We've given them repeated tries and this time ordered extra strawberries. It still wasn't as tasty as the ones every other Sonic makes normally. I don't know if they are skimping on the slush mixture or what. Then we ordered a medium order of cheddar peppers. As someone who has worked in fast food let start by I understand, I've been in your shoes. This isn't an overall rating, however over one incident. The night shift seems to be pretty nice and they are very polite. However when I ordered today I was disappointed, I wish these young adults were payed a little more. The service they provide is based off pay. Today, a teen in a FFA shirt was a little rude. Now I understand I'm 19 so I get it. However slamming the window and going to the next thing is rude. I will give her the benefit of the doubt and say maybe she was having a bad day. I've worked drive thru at a KenTaco in city with higher volume. I said please and thank you and tried to be polite as possible. The Shake was good and she made it correctly. Could work on her customer service but honestly you have to acknowledge the fact that minimum wage requires minimum effort. So DQ please actually pay your employees a little more. Again not faulting this girl, but a little change in attitude wouldn't hurt. If a customer is being respectful please be respectful back. I hated even writing this review cause I feel like a boomer writing it. However I think both parties need to evaluate each other. Thanks.
