I will change my mind and review from last night. We came back today to get our Sonic fix. Our Sonic app was not working and wouldn't allow us to place the order and get the mobile order discounts. So, the first employee came out and attempted to fix my issue. She couldn't and then the manager came out. He checked with their tech support and nothing was wrong with the mobile app. So, he allowed us to order and gave worked something out for a discount. Customer service is awful. After asking for extra ranch through the speak so that the person bringing the food wouldn't have to go back and forth they only gave us 3. We were willing to pay for extra. Anyways when the later brought us our food we ask for more ranch once again. She literally didn't say anything and walked away. I ordered food & drinks about an hour ago. The woman taking my order through the drive through was obviously new which was totally fine. When I got to the window we completed the correct order & paid cash as the CC machine was not working (also fine). I tasted the 1st drink 1/2 Rt beer 1/2 Diet Dr pepper. It tasted as though one of the drinks needed to be replaced, so i simply notified the girl at the window & she told another gentle man. When I got the next 1/2 Dr pepper 1/2 diet Dr Pepper it also tasted off so I just reiterated to her that I think the diet Dr pepper was out or going out. Not asking for anything & really just letting them know so they could check, at this time the gentleman she told about it told me it was not out & I said oh ok, they just tasted a little off, I think perhaps it had just been changed recently & needed to run for a minute to get through the line. Again I wasn't asking for anything, at this time Jessica the GM steps in and is extremely rude and short with me. She (GM Jessica) does bark at me that she can either get me something else or give me a refund, but I told her (GM Jessica) there was no reason to speak so rudely to me as I was not even complaining or asking for anything. My son and I have been miserable after eating lunch from there Friday. I had not been here in years but for some reason an Oceanwater, sonic cheeseburger and onion rings sounded great. Got the son his #2 with ketchup and Fries and my daughter just asked for cheese sticks. The wait in drive thru was extremely long however the young lady working the drive thru was kind and efficient. She noted there was something in the cup of one of the drinks and made a new one. She also updated me every couple of minutes as to the status of the order so I didn't really mind the wait too much. Got home and my burger was cold; 2 bites in I asked my son to try it to make sure I wasn't hallucinating. He agreed it tasted really off but wasn't sure why. His supersonic burger was warm but about halfway into eating it he said it started to tasted like mine too. We threw the rest of the burgers away. His fries were not salted and my onion rings were tasteless. I have definitely gotten spoiled with Culver's and Freddy's Onion Rings we have here now but man these were terrible. Cheese sticks were actually ok. Several hours later both he and I got really bad stomach pains. 2 stars for the friendly server and for the happy hour drink prices. Their "jumbo" popcorn chicken is definitely mis-named. I haven't had it in a while, so thought I'd try it. BIG MISTAKE. Most of the "chicken" was about the size of a peanut - not Jumbo unless you're an insect - and was more overcooked breading than chicken. I won't even go into the struggle to order as I understand about new trainees. And they did try. But the chicken was really horrible. The only reason I'm not just giving 1 star is because the other food was OK. Not great, but OK. Oh, and they forgot the mints. Again. But I did get napkins, so that's an improvement. read more

Took 30 minutes and four different car hops to walk by and then me to come up for them to say they are only using drive through to them have my mobile order missing to find it and it be completely wrong after I had to retell them twice what it was. If I could this would of been 0 stars. First off food quality is not here at all. I've been to other Sonics down south and they all had that sonic taste. This sonic' s food just taste like food sitting under a heat lamp all day. Stingy on mayonnaise, their onions don't even have a freaking taste. Defiantly not as good as some of the other sonic's that I have been too. I wouldn't go during lunch time because the place is crowded with soldiers that kind of need to get back to post. They have good milkshakes, but the food is usually so greasy that it soaks the bottom of the bun on sandwiches. The tater tots seem a bit over seasoned and sometimes they don't get the orders right. They have often times forgotten things such as sause in my bag. The mozzarella sticks are so hot that it burns the roof of my mouth. The burgers there defiantly make me miss in&out burger and the double double. At least they have misters on the patio to keep you cool on a hot day though. read more

I ordered 2-12 count of wings and 2 orders of cheddar peppers when I got home I saw I only had 1 order of cheddar pepper (jalapeños peppers ) I was disappointed because I never had this problem not only that but they took a pretty long time too. Where to begin? First off they told us the ice cream "a really long time" when we asked how long they told us five minutes and then sounded upset that we were willing to wait. Then they came outside and told us "it's gonna take awhile because the ice cream machine exploded on us". But the boy had not a drip of ice cream on him. Easily the worst sonic ever. Their blasts are just vanilla ice cream with whipped cream on top, and they refused to fix them. They acted like they couldn't hear through the microphone and when we asked them to come outside so they could understand they refused. So unless you feel like paying 5 dollars for a cup of vanilla soft serve ice cream I wouldn't recommend this location ever. Oh and they use stale buns for their hot dogs so don't bother ordering those either. Just drive the extra 10 miles or so to go to any other sonic. read more

Came here today, ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken meal with chili cheese tots and an ocean water & my boyfriend ordered food as well. My meal alone is almost $10, i could've went and sat somewhere for that price. We waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes then finally got to the window. My chicken was old and cold, I wouldn't have even considered it chicken. So I got out of my car to walk up there and get someone's attention. I asked for a refund and for my chicken to be replaced with a corn dog. I was on my lunch break & didn't have a lot of time. They took 10 minutes to get me my corn dog; when I got it, it wasn't even hot anymore. The manager stared at me through the window and never even came out to apologize or fix anything. Shitty service, shitty management, shitty food, all around, SHITTY. Used to be my favorite sonic, I've always had to wait but the food has always been fresh so i didn't mind the wait. But to sit and wait a little under 20 minutes for a "fast food" place & receive cold food, no. Lost my business. read more
