I ordered French toast sticks at 11:05, and 25 minutes later, my 2 1/2 year old and I are still waiting. This is not the fist time I have waited an extremely LONG time for very, very simple orders. Items were rung up on wrong kiosk so I couldn't pay easily. Cups were brought to vehicle with ice cream running down the sides. They left one of my drinks off the receipt which I still paid for so the total was wrong called back into them and asked for the drink and they brought me out a water. read more

My wife and I were driving back from Tuscaloosa and had eaten an early lunch and we were craving a snack so we decided to grab a hotdog from Sonic. Concept is great, park, order from the screen, pay for food, and food arrives. Ordered NY dogs and it was just enough for us to get by. It was actually very tasty as well. I would prefer Sneaky Petes but there wasn't one around. I will try one of the custom dogs in the future from Sonic. Only complaint is that people bringing the food, stop the BABY TALK and say it like you mean it. read more

Got a medium butterfinger sonic blast. First they brought the wrong thing. Then when I get my blast, there's a clump of butterfinger just sitting on top, and it looks like some just reached their fingers in and scooped off the top. I dig into the blast cause I'm weirded out that there's a dang handprint in it, and there's just a huge cavern of empty space and almost no butter finger. All of it was just sitting on top. I tried to order food for my family here. Charles was extremely rude when we asked about sauce. We were ordering a hotdog combo when he asked twice if we still wanted the hotdog. When I told him yes he got a bad attitude and his tone implied that I was an idiot. When I asked for his name he got irritated and snapped at me. I will not be back. I love to place mobile orders because of the convenience but it seems every time i do something is either missing or made incorrectly. I've tried reaching out through their online service and they say they credit my account but i never see it. I get that times are tough but i wouldn't mind waiting a little longer to get the correct food. This is the 3rd time in a month that I have tried to go back to Sonic as I live here in Cullman. I will say where I grew up sonic was a big deal, and over the last 14 years I have been here in Cullman the Sonic has always been good. These last visits were the worst. We haven't been able to even be waited on. Their service has gone completely down hill, and I will not go back until they get their act together. Usually I have a good experience with this sonic, but when it comes to customer service it is poor. I go here with my family all the time, and they have gotten our order wrong twice, which is okay everyone makes mistakes, but when we try to tell them our order is not correct they are just rude. We told them that our order was wrong and she had a bunch of attitude and she was not easy to talk to. Leaving this review because our relationship with this Sonic is almost comical. We think it's hilarious. No matter WHAT, this place will NOT give us ranch dressing with our order. We've been here about 3 times now, the first time I ordered ranch, the woman taking my order literally asked me what I needed the ranch for. I have NEVER experienced that in my life. I didn't even know how to answer her. It's a dipping sauce, ma'am, I need it for my food...? She brought the food to my car, I asked her if the ranch was in the bag. She said yes, I got home and it wasn't. The second time, I ordered a specific number of ranch cups (4). She brought us packages of ketchup, no ranch. The third time we ate here, I said I needed salsa and ranch to the woman taking my order. I specifically said "the last couple times we've been here, our ranch has been forgotten, can you please make sure we get it?". I checked my bag of food when she brought it out BEFORE I drove off this time. Salsa and KETCHUP. No ranch, lol.
