Today is Aug. 30th. We came in and there was not a clean table so we sat a dirty table. No one came over to wait on us or clean the table. Someone from our group talked to the manager and she said she couldn't do anything g about it and we should have not sat at a dirty table. Two people came in after us and one sat at a dirty table and was waited on before us. We eat here frequently and have never had this kind of service. Almost afraid to eat the food! read more

Me and my family LOVE this restaurant it has all kinds of food, great service and it is so clean and great for kids.

The food was undercooked and small portions for the price. My granddaughter ordered Mac n cheese off the kids menu with fruit. Tiny side dishes is all she received. Prices are ridiculous, and the service in the evening is very poor and not as friendly as it used to be. read more

Completely downgraded from prior visits. We walked in (5 of us) and as we looked around we noticed that all the larger tables were dirty. Their were approx 6 gals working and as we stepped over to one table in the corner a lady with a blonde bob hair cut said its going to take me awhile to get to that. Shelby and I looked at each other and walked to the other side of the room. Shelby heard a different worker say "why are customers so rude" as we set at a table that still needed cleaned. She then walked over and said "one side has to get up because my arms done reach that far" in a not so nice tone. We were stunned, got up and left for Coyol Mexican Restaurant down the street. Pretty clean Bad: 1. Manager sat out in the common area and was kinda annoying 2. I give the Huddle House 6 out of 10 flies. This place sucks. Horrible service, discrimination and pink cheese. The only gleam of light in this place was the 12 pack of mozzarella sticks. Still awful. Not vety busy but tables not bused. 48 minutes from the time we placed our order until we got it. Cold chicken tenders. Daughter had to get her own pancake syrup from one of the dirty tables. We want to like this place but they make it impossible. read more

The food was good in previous visits, but my most recent experience was terrible. 45 minutes waiting until our order was taken, another long wait for the food and then the check, my bowl of grits had dried brown gravy on the outside and when manager was informed, they barely acknowledged the issue. Waited a few more minutes nothing happened , so we left. Friday night , after the last football game , we got a table , waited ten minutes , before a waitress showed up. Only two waitresses , one on her third day , working here . Got our order a d some other orders , all mixed up. My wife never got her food , and the others hot only part of their order. It was just a mess !!! We were comped for part of the bill , but that doesn't matter. Whoever owns this place , needs to learn how to run a restaurant. Not enough employees to take care of customers. This place is the worst restaurant I've been in for a long time. My last experience was the last straw. My friend and I frequently dine there about once a week. As usual there are a few dirty tables, so when you walk in and they say , go ahead and seat yourself, you don't have many choices. This day was the same, average crowd, few tables empty, all of which were dirty. We sat down and a few minutes later people sat down at the table next to us. The waitress then comes to take thier order. Being the gentleman we always are, we said nothing and continued to wait. After about another 5 minutes have passed, my friend made a comment to me that maybe she thinks we already ate. She overheard our conversation and while standing in the middle of the restaurant, blares out, "THEY SAT DOWN AT A DIRTY TABLE ". Everyone in the restaurant looked at her and in our direction. I spoke up to her and said " Sure let's tell the entire restaurant " she smart assed back and said "Sir, would you like an application?" I replied " you couldn't pay me enough to work here and if they would pay people a little bit more maybe the service would improve ". I told my friend that I don't need to sit here and be humiliated by this person and got up and walked out. I have been a patron of this restaurant since it's opening. I've been patient with new hires and the common unclean tables, but I have never been so humiliated by the hired help by this restaurant or any other restaurant, in my life. Maybe this is how she treats people who come to her house but this is a public place, a business that who's core is SERVICE. I have been here approximately 5 times. The food is what you would expect, average. Not bad, it has always been prepared properly. My problem is with the service. It is absolutely horrible. I have received good service once, fair service once, and the other times it has been absolutely horrible. The last time I went, was the worst. Waited forever for the waitress to come to my table. She was busy chatting with her co-workers. I watched as other tables were waited on and their drinks brought to them as I just sat there waiting for any type of help. I don't think it is even worth the aggravation to bother going there anymore. Just a shame. read more

So did a call in to go order tonight to start first person taking my order had a attitude issue then midway through me stating my order I hear her pass off the phone to another person saying can u take this so I can take so and so order, first off rude much, then placed order of bacon cheeseburger and fries, brownie alamode with cherries,pepsi without ice and oreo pancakes got my order no bacon was put on my burger, they put ice in the soda,they gave me cold brownie and told me to heat it up at home and put ice cream and fudge in separate containers ,purelaziness right there didn't even give us silverware straw for drink complete and utterly ignorant! Also called to complain and got same woman with attitude who tried to say oh well I gave u extra ice cream and half bottle of chocolate syrup I didn't put on brownie because u wouldn't have had ice cream on it by time u got home ,then she said ur burger didn't have bacon,I replied no was charged for bacon burger but had no bacon on my burger she said well I'll apologize but what do u want me to do? Food is good and cheap. Love the coupons. The down side: the restaurant is always dirty. Not grimy but the table sit dirty forever. The same tables when I came in where still dirty when I left. And they aren't always busy to where they can't clean them. It's just laziness. Also if u get a couple of really good girls to wait in you, your good. If it's anyone else it will suck. DO NOT EAT HERE! We waited 20 minutes just to order our drinks and 45 minutes for our food, that was COLD when we got it. The worst part is that we sat there and watched one of the cooks continuously wipe her nose and mouth with her bare hand and then touch food! DISGUSTING!!! One waitress took our drink order and another waitress brought it. My parents order of chili cheese fries was such a small portion for the price, they were going to share it thinking it was going to be much bigger. My daughter ordered a side of bacon and what we got for the price was pitiful, she got two VERY thinly slice pieces of limpy bacon sitting in a pile of bacon grease, definitely microwaved.
