If you order thru the mobile app and they're out of something you ordered, they'll refuse to refund it, booting you back to some corporate number with no proof that you weren't provided the thing you paid for. Might want to look into the legality of selling things and not having your store capable of refund when they're inevitably out of something. You're keeping my money unless I jump thru hoops and maybe not even then - no verification that you didn't provide me something I paid for. Manager stated that the literal sonic app is affiliated with sonic, so they can't do anything about it. Do NOT come here. If you do, DO NOT trust the mobile app, you absolutely may lose money. The store manager absolutely promised me up and down that he'd NEVER heard of anyone having trouble getting a refund from the sonic main line if there was an issue. I questioned this but OH he just promised this would be simple and easy. I called the number the store gave me (1-800-OK-SONIC). They first offered me two free route44 drinks in lieu of a refund. I said no, just my money back pls. They then offered me a $5 credit to my sonic account. I told them no, I JUST want my actual money back that I actually paid, in the manner I paid it. The rep said she wasn't authorized to credit me the cost of literally, one route44 iced tea. I want my actual money back in my actual account. you can definitely take my money immediately but awful tough to get it back. Hands down the absolute worst sonic I have ever been to! I live a block away and have been coming here for 5years. The service use to be okay, but within the last 6months it has gotten absolutely horrible! Not one order has been correct ever! And then the drive through is always down, and the microphones barely work, and you have to repeat your order 3 & 4 times! There seems to be a huge lack of management, and its so unorganized and takes forever to get your food, when 90% of the time it's wrong. Definitely a horrible experience and seems to be getting worse. There's a reason the ratings are so low. My fries were stale and my crispy chicken sandwich wasn't fresh. I couldn't finish my meal. The salt and ketchup packets were thrown into the fries which grosses me out. I may be a germaphobe, but other fast food restaurants are generally better at not putting condiments directly on the food. It could be just due to poor training and not necessarily carelessness. I should preface this by saying I lived in Oklahoma where Sonic is headquartered for many years. This was my second visit to this location and I will not be going back; which is sad because my office is nearby and it would be pretty convenient to satisfy my Sonic craving. The Super Sonic Cheeseburger was way overdone, almost burnt, and yet only slightly warmer than room temperature. The tater tots, normally my favorite item, were cold. Not just not hot, certainly not warm. Cold. I tried to microwave them for 30 seconds. They just turned soggy. I couldn't eat them. The Route 44 diet limeade I got had ice right up to the top. I bet there wasn't much more than the equivalent of a very small drink in there. At least it had the required limes and tasted (mostly) like it was supposed to. I'm so disappointed. I've wasted my money and I can't have Sonic even though it's so close. read more

The manager Ashley will not help to rectify the inaccuracies and she is rude & unprofessional. We ordered a #1 with bacon. They gave a hamburger with only the buns. Just saw a sonic commercial and was thinking what people thought of this location. Glad I'm not alone. This place is a joke. Tried 3 times once just drove off cause we asked for just a minute. Guess that meant we will never come back to take your order. 2nd time had to order two drinks like three times cause the girl working the drive through wasn't paying attention. Last time had the same experience had to repeat order multiple times. Then waited at the window a good 20 minutes for food that looked like it was made by a broken trash compactor. Not sure how this location is even open. Nice that it's close and the commercials make it look like a great place for food but avoid this location at all costs. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This sonic is such a hot mess. This particular sonic is a block away from my house, so I think that this is going to be great and easy for those times that I want a cherry limeade. Well apparently this is a sonic that you are unable to order from. Meaning, it's just a building that advertises food, but god forbid you can actually purchase or eat anything. When you go to the drive thru it takes forever, if you ever even get served. You can't walk up to the window because when you do you get yelled at via the intercom to go through the drive thru. Well if I didn't drive there because it's a BLOCK away from my house, how do I manage that? Apparently they are a sonic that doesn't like to sell food. When you actually get to order from here they are either out of everything you ask for (tater tots, really?) or they say that something is broken because they just don't feel like making it. I would love to be able to rate on the food from here, but I have yet to be able to be served from this sonic in the four times I have attempted to go. Server: We charge .75 cents for the water. Me: For *tap* water, you're charging me .75 cents? Server: well it's for the cup... Me: A cup shouldn't cost me THAT much, especially since I'm buying food.
