0 stars. the service was horrible, because I ordered two drinks and they made them wrong, and theses drinks were about 15 bucks together, so it's not like it was like 4 bucks, but I proceeded to go back around and they told me that they made the drinks right. when they did not because there was boba in my drink and I did not even ask for that , and they were yelling and cussing. They slammed the sliding doors and started laughing after they made one of the drinks that I am now scared to drink because there's no telling what they put in it and even after they remade the drinks they were still wrong if y'all don't like y'all's job and can't give good customer service y'all need to find another line of work and it is sad because the "manager" was in the building also. The service at the Toccoa location is terrible! Don't bother ordering online or via the Sonic app. They're always having "technical issues" and can't receive your order. If your order does manage to go through, the employees either can't read or simply don't care because they always make it incorrectly. I'd recommend giving this location a pass and try another burger restaurant instead. read more

The food took forever, don't go outside and order maby it was packed inside or something but it took forever.

Food was good and fresh but workers were rude. I asked if they had a biscuit cause I've never been before & she said no and told me to have a good day. I told her i still wanted to order.. no response then the manager i believe, hollered across the parking lot & told me to pull up and she took my order at my car window rather than the speaker where i could see the menu. First off we waited 45 minutes for our food , they did not have ANY oreos or any type of master shake, and didint wait to tell us til after we got our food then our whole order was wrong and extras like cheese where not added (but we payed for them about 1$ each extra) if that WASINT enough in every single thing we got there was hair in. (Not exaggerating,) NOBODY in there is wearing a hair mask and ALL have long hair and our food tasted like it was already warmed then got cold then they warmed again. So since they didint have the milkshake in any flavors we asked for a Cherry limeade instead of a and they tried to give us a small Cherry limeade which is about 2/3$ cheaper then the milkshake so we said could we get a bigger limeade to match the price of the shake. They went in and came out and gave me a large but it was straight sprite!! They just thought I wouldint notice and These people are not doing their jobs and not re paying the customers of the prices they should get back especially since it's sonics fault they don't have it! read more

I went to go get an order from sonic this Friday. As I arrived she told me that the blast machine was messed up and presented us with an attitude. She gave me sas for no reason and kept on being rude, she had to repeat our order 3 times to get it right. My day went from being bright and sunny to being dark and gloomy. This is probably the only fully staffed fast food restaurant in town & some how they still manage to take 45 minutes in their drive through.

If I could give just a server five stars I would our server was amazing however I give this place a 1 star because the manger kia was rude and told me they couldn't split my check instead of taking 2 minutes to actually do her job. She please dumb and treated us like we didn't know what we were talking about after 5 mins of explaining what we wanted she finally went inside and split my bill but our server Jordan was so sweet and made up for it. What happened Sonic? I used to love coming here but it seems like the food has just gotten worse and worse. I had the mozzarella cheese sticks and fried pickles and the batter tasted absolutely awful. My girlfriend got a frosted drink and she said it tasted horrible. And we were actually really hungry at the time and even then it didn't taste good. If you're in this area probably your best bet to keep on driving or pull into a gas station for chips and a drink. read more

We love Sonic generally. But this location is not our favorite. They never put enough fillings and they don't mix well. Most of the staff is very nice, however.... Recently we were involved in a small car accident and one of the cars stop out of the way but in their parking lot. Before we could even make sure the driver was not hurt some idiot came and told us to move the car. And wasn't even nice about it. read more

The food is good and they have great hamburgers. We have always ordered with no problems. The customer service has been spotty at times but all that works here are young teens from what I saw at nite. I did see some girls that work here smoking cigarettes sitting in a car beside the building which was not a pleasant site. I should have read the reviews before I stopped here. I ordered from the patio in front of the store. One large sweet tea, one large Diet Coke, one small cherry-limeade. 10 minutes later the drinks are delivered. I take them to the car and discover the Diet Coke is a regular coke. No problem, we all make mistakes sometime. I take it back , explain that I wanted Diet Coke and the young lady takes it back to change it. 5 minutes later she returns, hands me a drink and says - sorry. I put the straw in and take a sip....it is Diet Dr. Pepper. Really!?! read more

Worst service ever and the employees are terrible. We got food that was so tough and tasteless we didn't even bother finishing it (and we were STARVING). My husband and son waited 40 minutes to receive their ice cream because apparently they were "busy." No reparations, nothing. We will never go there again. read more
