I finally was greeted with a recorded message that said they were busy and to try again later. Which I did. Three more times. I also attempted to connect with the "receiving department" to see if the shipment had indeed arrived. Same thing. No answer. So. I downloaded the app and attempted to start an account. When I put in my email address, it said "Account closed. Refer to the letter we sent." Uhm, I have never had an account with WalMart, not have I ever,received a letter. I went to my inbox, thinking there may have been an email sent, explaining the issue. Nope. Checked junkmail. Nope. I made this attempt to start an account 3 times, in the hopes that it was a glitch. Same answer. So. I can't call them. Can't start an account. What in the hell is wrong with this place?!?! Over it.

Anytime there's an issue with the self check out or any other, they act annoyed. It's bad for the employees together at the front door and hotbox cigarettes for customers to have to walk through and breathe. Clerks are completely unaware of any items that are included in the sales even though signs are posted all around the store. The only response they can give is " I don't know". The shelf says something is 3.75, it will definitely ring up at least five dollars at the register. That is literally illegal but they know that very few people are really gonna challenge yet because we hardly ever go in that store, any of us, unless we need something in the moment. They are always extremely understaffed, which probably explains the disinterest and dissatisfaction the employees clearly possess. Sadly, this is just about the only place in the valley to purchase anything unless you stop in at a gas station. I really really wish it would step up its game a wee bit get a manager in there who would take some pride and interest in that and not hide so they're not to be bothered. You're lucky if you see anybody in that store, and you're extremely lucky if there's a clerk at the cash register. Boxes in all the isles. I have compassion for the employees who do work there, because I know they can't do it all by themselves. bottom line, it is so understaffed it doesn't have a chance, and the people they are clearly have no pride in their jobs.
