I love sonic! Used to work at one but it's disappointing when you go to one regularly and your order is always wrong. Just tonight we went and got two different ice cream blasts and a drink with easy ice. When I pull up, there's always a worker taking a smoke break, so that makes me chuckle! Service seems to be a good speed, and they give a friendly greeting when you order. When I come here, I try to order a mini Oreo chocolate master shake. I check the board to make sure it says master shake--or at least I think I do! I might be crazy! ...I have NEVER received a mini Oreo chocolate master shake! I receive an Oreo blast or an Oreo shake, and it even says what I receive on the receipt! Now I'm going to order the same thing every time to see if I ever get it! I find this Sonic entertaining. read more

Me and my bf went to sonic tonight to get some ice cream and when we got there we look to see what we wanted and then maybe a few minutes later hit the button to order and we sat there for 20 mins waiting for someone to take our order! So we decide to go to the drive thru took some time to get out order taken there too and then we finally order and pull up to wait we waited another 10 mins before they took our money, then as we wait for our stuff they are sitting there talking not even making it yet and cussing with the drive thru window open. One of the slowest Sonics I've been too, and they seem to have poor customer service. There was only one nice person there on the night shift. Probably won't be back any time soon. Sonic is one of my top fave fast food restaurants and I also like the fact that r constantly have and advertising deals and they have the best burgers and I love the extreme tots. Half of the speakers don't work, which just adds to your waiting time. If you use a debit or credit card at the drive-thru, they have to go outside to run it. The food is super greasy. The tots are cooked in old grease. My opinion is that the person who owns it doesn't care as long as they are making a profit. read more

I ordered a Classic Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It took over 20 minutes to get, and when I tasted it, I wished I hadn't gotten it. The chicken was so tough I couldn't bite through it. I thought it must be just that spot, but it was the whole chicken breast. I don't recall ever eating a tough piece of chicken. Even when I took it off the bun and cut it up, I still couldn't chew it. We haven't ordered from this Sonic in a while because it has multiple problems, but a chicken sandwich sounded good. I obviously should have gone to McDonald's or Burger King. I have never been to a more shitty drive in than the sonic in el Reno Oklahoma! I've been going to this Sonic for years and buying the same thing, foot long cheese coneys with extra onion; they've always been good until the last 3 times. The chili had no body, it was greasy and the bun was soggy. There was little onion on them though I ordered extra and the service was slow. I won't be going back. read more
