Service was amazing and food was good. The staff was really nice, and better than other typical sonic workers.

Sonic is a staple where I was raised in Oklahoma where this business was founded. A lot has changed over the years as it focuses more on drive through that drive up. I still recall when the attendants would roll out on the skates to bring your food. Today I got the BLT combo. The BLT sandwich was actually pretty good, I really liked it. Was simple, not overdone with a lot of stuff. The tots were wicked cold and had no salt. This seems to be a common occurrence at this location. I was really impressed with the service here. We stopped here overnight on the way to the Texas State Fair in Dallas and because I didn't want to overdo my fried dessert consumption for life I asked if I could try one fried oreo. She said sure and only charged me a dollar for it! It was just what I needed and a great way to start my fried fest of a weekend lol. They were friendly and quick to please which I appreciate. Will definitely stop here again if I am ever in town. read more

I'm a Chicago girl. I stopped in here a while back when I heard they were serving Chicago-Style hotdogs. I knew it wouldn't be the same, but what's a girl to do this far from the Windy City? So, I placed my order. The employee on the intercom came back and said. "I'm sorry. But we're out of saurkraut." ... "That's okay, saurkraut doesn't go on a Chicago-Style hotdog," I replied. I wanted to cry I was trying so hard not to laugh at the poor kid. I got my hot dog. And I was right. It's not the same as the real thing. A very poor imitation to say the least. read more

It's with a sad heart I feel compelled to write their review and let others know if our experience. We were very cleAr in our drive-Through order. Even had her say it back to ensure we has clear and concise expectations. The burgers were correctly made. However, this is where the story declines into an EPIC failure on the Sonic's team effort. It was. Grilled chicken wrap, add jalapeño, tots BURNT, extra well done. Clearly they were confused. There were no peppers on the chicken wrap. The tots were barely cooked. Let alone we'll done/BURNT! It's the little tho ha that make great experiences. This Sonic has missed their opportunity to nail it, knock it out of the park. What concerns me is.... if they are missing the little things similar to this, what else are they skipping g out in and not paying Attention to. I've attached a pic of the tots. You can clearly see they are not cooked well done... in fact, they are soft. Very disappointing in the Sonic effort today. read more

I have been to this Sonic location several times. I've ordered slushees, flavored waters, and flavored fountain drinks and 9 times out of 10 my drink won't be mixed. The worst time I've had is when I ordered a blue ocean water slushee with nerds and the mix and nerds were sitting on top of the drink and when I asked the lady to mix it up for me, she was very impatient and rude. Very disappointed with the laziness and disrespect this place has. read more

It's Sonic, can't go wrong when you need a sweet drink whilst on a road trip. Staff was nice and cheery. Drinks were prepared properly and bonus the cups weren't sticky! I know that happens sometimes, but it's a plus ;) read more

This has to be my least favorite Sonic. They have no customer service . The girl that was working yesterday had a rude attitude when taking my order . I pulled into the drive thru and was told it was closed so I pulled into a stall and pressed the red button and when I didn't respond literally 2 seconds after she asked very rudely " what do you want" she said why don't you press the red button when you know .. She was very rude and this isn't the first time I have been treated this way at this Sonic . Management really needs to hire better people . I will not be back to this Sonic at all . read more

Very slow service and it wasn't even busy. Girl taking the order kept getting confused and the order wasn't on the screen to double check. They switched girl and then this one had an attitude like we did something wrong. SOUNDS LIKE THE NEED RETRAINING and learn how to properly deal with the public. read more

Normally I don't leave reviews, but this Sonic was the worst performing one I have ever seen. I ordered a wing combo, I've been told by other Sonic's that these take 6 minutes to cook, knowing this I expected that long to receive my food since I was 1 of only three cars in a stall. No one in the drive through. Also, knowing food orders are expected to be out on 6 minutes or less. I worked at another sonic for 2 years. The credit card reader would work, it happens. She brings out part of my order. Minus the wings and takes my credit card with her to deliver another order. I tell her I have no wings. Someone brings out my wings. Hands them to me with wing sauce all over the box...I asked for ranch. That I actually asked for while ordering and it showed up on the screen, but didn't receive one. The lady who brought me the wings sends a young man over with one packet of ranch and I kindly ask for another. He tells me he has no more and that if I want more I'll have to wait just a moment. I told him that would be great. He comes running back with my ranch. Very polite, but more wing sauce on his hand or the ranch package? I'm not sure. The lady who initially brought out my food now returns with my credit card with no receipt. Normally I wouldn't mind but I'd like to make sure I paid for my food since she had multiple orders on one tray. From the time I ordered to actually receiving everything I ordered and paid for was 22 minutes and now sticky hands for my 2 hour drive home. read more
