I ordered a small fry which they ended up being old and soaked in grease. I ordered a pretzel. The pretzel was overcooked and hard as a rock. I'd also order a hot fudge sundae. The ice cream was sour. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the bacon one was crumbled up small pieces. Will not recommend this place to no one. read more

this sonic sucks, I waited 15+ minutes at the drive thru speaker without anyone talking to me or even saying "one second". Literally no one spoke through the speaker to say anything for that long of a time I just drove off. I haven't heard anything good about the customer service. Ordered two drinks and had to wait 15+ minutes. It is like this every time I come! Someone had to come out to verify the order so I don't know what's wrong with their system. Not very many other people here either. Pushed the button to ask where the drinks were and got no response. 04/21/2022: I only wanted Sonic today b/c I wanted to try the Coney Hot Dogs which were half off today (I never had them before). placed my order in the app at 11:43am. I requested that my order be ready at 12:10pm. I wanted to make sure my order was ready so I wouldn't have to wait, so I got there at 12:15. There was only two cars parked awaiting orders and maybe a car in the drive thru. I pulled in Stall #5 and waited....and waited. Both people in the other cars went to knock on the door b/c they were waiting on their orders. I finally got out the car at 12:33pm and walked to the door. A dorky Chris Farley looking guy came to the door and I told him when my order was supposed to be ready. He tells me that there's only two of them working (like that's my problem to solve!). He had a real snappy attitude like I was bothering him to inquire about my order. He ended up getting my order and "pushing" it at me. I asked him about a district or corporate manager and he said something about them not having one (or something). I was just ready to go. I hate going to this location, and after today, this was my last visit. Gotta find another location. read more

I usually come here once a week for a drink during happy hour. This week the wait was longer than usual and now I will never go back due to the rudness of 2 employees. I ordered in a stall since the drive-thru line was long. I ordered 1 drink and 1 grilled cheese. 20 minutes later I called the store from my cell phone and asked for a refund since I could no longer wait. The man then asked which stall I was in an hung up. I didn't know if I should leave or stay. 5 minutes later a girl brings out my order and asked what my problem was. I explained I had not receive my food. She said that they were short-staffed and behind. They were taking care of the drive-thru line before the stalls. There were also 2 staff members on break sitting outside the store smoking and talking on their cell phones. If they were behind or short-staffed, then why were 2 people on break? I was not given a receipt and I didn't see the name of the girl that delivered my order. read more

I hate this sonic. I went for a cheeseburger because I love sonic's cheeseburgers and I ended up waiting 20 minutes at the stall without my order ever being taken. The drive thru was moving (slowly) but moving... I Literally watched people who pulled in after me get in line, order, receive their order, and leave all while I was waiting just to have my order taken witch never even happened. I waited at a stall for ten minutes after pressing the button to order to be told that the stalls were only for delivery or mobile order. Waited in the drive thru for another ten minutes. Couldn't understand anything over the speaker due to yelling and laughing in the background. The employees missed three of my items. I would've said something at the window but had just seen someone else complain so i realized this was probably the normal. Two of my four mozzarella sticks were just breading - no cheese. This is the worst Sonic's that I've ever been to. Today around 5:30 I was at the drive thru. The lady asked to take my order. I asked her to give me a few minutes Not even a 30 seconds later she asked again and then tells me "you know you can pull into side booth and order". She was extremely rude very impatient. This location used to be decent. It has gone downhill in the last 6 months or so. Today I went for breakfast shortly after they opened and it appeared the manager was there by himself and he was quite surly. The food was alright and didn't take forever but that was simply because of the fact that I was the only customer. The last time I went for breakfast I asked for light ice in my orange juice because they always fill it with too much ice and there's barely any orange juice. They double screw you on the juice. It's overpriced and then they short your portion by adding too much ice. The girl completely ignored my request and after 3 swallows my OJ was gone. Corporate needs to come out and visit some of their locations before they make their ads that look like their places are heaven on earth. Sonic is ridiculous. read more

Food & beverages have been good for the most part. But the experience outweighs EVERYTHING and here, it's usually lackluster. There's always a line. I went to Sonic and before hand I called to ask what time they stopped serving because it was around closing time. The lady on the phone told me that they didn't stop serving until closing time and when I got there it was 10 minutes before closing time and she refused to serve me and my 2 friends. After we told her we had just spoken to someone on the phone she served us but when we got our food it was clearly thrown together and there was hair in 2 of our meals. I can't even review the food since we never could order. We pulled into a stall there was 2 other cars in the stalls. 2 that were in drive thru. The car next to us had no problem getting their food and then getting it replaced. We pressed the button to order and waited about 5 minutes before pressing it again.
