The Food did not look like the pictures presented. Also, my girlfriends waffle cone was something she did not order. My daughter's ice cream was good. The Service was very slow; we had to wait at least 30 minutes for our ice cream cones and just to order. The staff were not friendly at all. The ambiance was slow and dreadful; our experience was not good. read more

today is October 13, 2025. My girl Friend and I stopped in this store late in the afternoon. My girlfriend ordered the "that's how I roll " signature ice cream dish. The manager there stated it was not a signature at that store since he had been there 9 months and he had never heard of it, and was charging for each additional ingredament. we explained that it is such a thing and we didn't make it up. He googled it and found it on the cold stone website as a signature dish. He proceeded to say.."I will give it to you this time as a signature but not time Iwon't." Guess what????? He won't have to worry about us ever going back because there be a next time...the customer service stinks. We didn't make it up and we are quite capable of paying for whatever we order. This was my first time ever going in any cold stone but my girlfriend frequently goes to this store and is a rewards member...... too bad, you have loss a faithful customer and a protential customer. read more

Why do I have to give this place any stars at all? It hasn't earned 1! Service was terrible! The employees were unable to work their cash register! I waited over an hour to get served and when I did and my order was completed and bag up. They put it to the side and waved another customer from behind me to cash them out(and gave me no explanation for this)! And then 3 different employees attempted to operate the cash register and couldn't ring out the above-mentioned customer for 20 minutes, while my order remained melting on the rear counter. While I thoroughly enjoy the ice cream and ice cream options CS serves, the customer service at this location is piss poor. No one greeted us, asked us if wanted to try samples, they didn't even ask us if we were READY TO ORDER. I literally just starting telling my order to the employee directly in front of me. My family and I waited in line for over 20 minutes for 2 "love it" size portions. There were more than enough staff on hand to accommodate the customers. They all stood around laughing, talking and playing around. My family and I ate in the parking lot and saw SEVERAL customers walk in and after minutes, walk back out the store, empty handed. This is the 2nd time an incident like this has happened at this location. I will not be back.​ read more

They make ice cream fresh in the store everyday and it's the most amazing tasting ice cream in the universe! You can add fruits, candy, cakes and more to any ice cream. Don't miss their Signature Creations that are amazing. My favorite is the Banana Caramel Crunch which is French Vanilla Ice Cream with fresh bananas, roasted almonds and the perfect amount of their signature caramel. Coldstone saved everyone from my head blowing off tonight...I'm pregnant and ice cream is what I wanted. and what I want I have to have. since baskin robbins wasn't trying to assist in this off to coldstone I go...first off their hours are frickin awesome. open til 10 then 11 on wknds for summer. the options are endless u make it how u want, I personally love german chocolate cake and the cheesecake option with fruit, delish. the employees are super nice and even with tornado and power outage they still had all of their ice creams! so screw u baskin robbins! also it was actually cheaper...significantly 30% cheaper for ice cream flavors I needed for my household order! read more

My significant other and I stopped in for ice cream after lunch and I could not of been more disgusted by our experience. The employee who was serving the customer before us went to scoop ice cream and the employees hair fell into the ice cream. I watched her scoop out ice cream and she touched the scoop part of the ice cream scoop instead of the handle. While we stayed and ate our ice cream and I watched the employee get on her personal phone while a customer was waiting to be served... then she did not wash her hands and served the next customer. Honestly, 0 stars should be an option. After calling and verifying the stores closing time (which was 11pm on a Saturday, family arrived to the store around 9:50ish. Upon entering into the store, a young man at the counter was shaking his head and stating that the store was closed (it was not). There were 3 people at the counter laughing and. Joking with 2 females. There were initially 4 people working up front ( 3 black males and a quite female who was on her cell phone at the register the entire time) eventually 2 more people came from in back , There were 6 people in the store and not one person who was working. We waited patiently, not being addressed nor tend to. After 15 minutes, one young man took his precious time to make ice cream for the couple ahead of us. It was nice to know that as 10pm hot, one of the black males yelled "he was off the clock, and it wasn't his problem." Overall, the store was ghetto, unprofessional, and an embarrassment. I ordered my sons cake on February 5th at 6:48pm order On-line. Then the next day the store manager called to have me pick another ice cream flavor (which we did) so my order was set to be picked up At 3:30pm so when I arrived at the pickup counter the workers knew nothing about a cake to be picked up. The girl then called the manager at her other location, she manages the Florissant location and the lake st.louis location. She told the worker that she forgot to make my sons cake. She didn't even have the decency to speak to me about her mistake herself. I had to go to baskin robins last minute to another birthday cake for my son. I have NEVER had something like this happen to me before in my life. I hope that this type of service is not acceptable to your organization. The worker also told me that this manager caters more to her Lake St. Louis location than to the Florissant one. My son is a 24year old autistic man and has been harping on the God Forsaken cake since we ordered it. Not acceptable at all, especial for a first time customer... read more
