It also sort of reminded me of the cream inside an Oreo. Perfectly balanced between creamy and cold- it didn't taste watered down or too "Icy". My mom and my 16 month old also agreed. (Ok, my mom agreed. My son was a fan but he doesn't quite understand just how good it was yet.) My son didn't finish his, so we brought it back with us to upstate NY. Yes, it was good enough to save in the freezer at our hotel and then to shlep back home so I could enjoy one more time. And also so my husband could try it since I couldn't stop raving about it.
