I have given this place many many chances. I order delivery all the time and it always takes 2+ hours to arrive and my food is cold and/or old. My pizza is cold, my chicken is freezer burned or just reheated in the microwave, the homemade potato chips are ALWAYS COLD AND STALE. Best all around pizza and food in the area... Try the Akram Special (it's not really called that I just decided to name it after myself) ask for Chicken panini add pesto sauce. Or the grilled chicken Cesar is a marinated blackened chicken which is also wonderful. Their pizza is also a nice thin crust and you can't go wrong with almost any of their food items. If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. I've ordered the usual wrap that I order often and well what didn't go wrong. Upon receiving my food and seeing that my ordered didn't come with fries after I asked them to add them. Also the wrap didn't have extra chicken like I requested. I called them to see if they can help me but the person on the food pretty much said that I never asked for more chicken and that I never said it. Also he kept asking the employee if they added fries which obviously the employee didn't want to own to the mistake. I was pretty much called a liar and that I got fries but didn't. They finally offered to send me fries but at that point I was disgusted with being called pretty much a liar. We walked in in the middle of the kitchen and owner I presume putting together a huge catering order although they were all flustered and obviously busy they took the time to stop ask us what we wanted and our food came out in a very timely manner. Every time we order for delivery they always ask if we want to pick it up because they don't feel like driving to my house. Every time I order from this establishment the order is missing fries when I asked for it, they are constantly mixing up orders. When you are ordering over the phone the rude eastern European lady is practically rushing you, that's why their orders are all messed up. I don't know who's paying attention because literally there is something wrong every time! Except when ordering pizza. There is one dish that I love, but the service SUCKS large _ _ _ _. They need to start actively listening to customers and make sure that their entire staff understands the same language. The food is decent if you can actually get it. It is not the first time but last night I pulled up to get a sandwich at 7pm. Their hours on their door as well as their website say they close at 8pm. I walked up to the door and they were mopping the floor and shut down for the night. Work at a nearby business and I have been ordering there for well over 3 years. I have gotten others in my store to make them a usual spot to order from. However recently have had issues with the owner and then final straw. I've ordered salmon salad a few times there and it was great. Its pricey, about $15, but good greens among other additives and a nice sized salmon. Then my last order, and final, about 10 months since last time I ordered the salad. So for the same price they gave u same greens and everything but then that nice sized salmon became PEA SIZED, no pun intended on the caps. I called and spoke with the pizza man, who is by far their best employee and most personable, and told him there's a mistake with the order. He tells me no sorry man it's how it is now. Says the owner decided to do this and make the salmon 4 ounces?!? Previously I'd say it was about 12-15 ounces, which that is fair considering how expensive the meal is. And they think they're slick. So now they put this salad in a nice clear oval container and pack it with pretty much all lettuce, I guess to replace the salmon, and again charge the same price. I've had issue again with the owner and I believe another lady which is the co-owner and they really don't seem to value existing long time customer, except for the pizza man. This was about a month ago and since have not gone there and have told all my coworkers not to go there either. We have since switched to saporitos on route 22 and are very satisfied. read more

I had a young woman walk into my work a few months ago handing out free menus stating that they delivered and they were right down the street from us. So today I called in at 12:34 PM to place a delivery order. I was put on hold for eight minutes while he took 3 other orders and rang countless customers up which I thought was so rude as far as customer service. I eventually hung up and decided to place it online with them. They stated that the delivery time would be 1:36 PM... 2:05 PM rolls around still no food. I called and again kept being put on hold no one could tell me where my order was. Finally someone blamed it on the 'computer' stating that oh I needed to refresh it it never appeared I had to pull it up on my phone. I have a great idea how about as a business if you aren't comfortable or properly set up to offer a service... don't. They had to make our order from scratch he couldn't even tell me how long it would take. Finally after I called back a 3rd time he said I would have it in 20 minutes. I didn't have it for 45 minutes. We didn't get our food until 3:08 PM. The sandwich was okay but not even close enough to good to put me through that situation again. Worst customer service I've ever received. read more

the food is good but is not worth the time you have to wait, if you are hungry don't even bother ordering from them your delivery will take over an hour. even for pick up is a problem. there is no one at the register to give the food. only time i don't have a problem with my order is when the nice blond lady is at the store, at least she will tell you honestly that your food will take longer for delivery the other lady just tells you 20 min and over an hour later no one is coming with the food. i was a regular customer there if they don't know how to treat their customers other place will be happy too.
