Wish I could leave zero we were excited to use some breakfast coupons for here and they said and I quote, "This Sonic doesn't accept Sonic coupons." This stupid ass sonic has the stalls all closed off AGAIN. They cannot keep a full staff for some reason. I've heard it's the manager that no one likes but who knows. All I know is in my 45 years no sonic has ever closed all their stalls due to lack of help. This is twice just this summer they've only had the drive thru open. I do not recommend this Sonic Drive-In. The only time I went to this one they were having a "special" on the foot long hot dogs and sweet potato fries. Hey, I ordered it. The brought out the foot long hot dog, no fries and charged me more for the hot dog than the price for the "special". When I asked why they informed me that they were out of the sweet potato fries and that I could not get the price offered on the special. I told them to keep it and I left. read more

Great service! We rolled up with a full car of people with a pretty complex order and they delivered everything we requested. The tater tots were perfectly crisp, the toast was evenly toasted, and the burrito had the perfect cheese to egg ratio. Honestly, this is a quality sonic. read more

THIS PLACE NEEDS THEIR FRANCHISE LICENSE TAKEN!! Look at other recent reviews and you will see I'm not the only customer saying this!! I received a tea which was loaded with styrofoam pellets. Halfway through the drink I became very sick. I opened the lid to find dozens of pellets floating in my beverage. No telling how much of it I consumed. The manager hung up the phone when I tried speaking to her about the issue. She does not have the maturity to be in the position she is in. I have reached out to the owner but have received no reply! Maybe part of the reason this place is in the condition it's in. This is the worst fast food experience I have EVER had. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! My family and I travel every year to Fairfield Bay Arkansas and stop here when we are down here. The sonic down here is much better then the north. I switch it up I normally get a shake and there great. But this year I got a strawberry tea which I really enjoyed. They also have great food, my sister love there breakfast. read more

Absolute worst sonic in the whole USA. I have never been to a worse sonic anywhere. The food is trash, they always have their stalls closed off so you have to use the drive thru only which then makes the app useless! The owner of this sonic is a horrible business man. The managers here can't train a soul to save their life. This place has gone through more workers the last 3 yrs than all fast food workers combined. There's a reason this place can't keep hands. It's the managers the owner hires! The owner needs to come down and work his own store and get his crap together. Easiest job in the world and the place fails on a daily basis year around! I mean they can't even make the drinks right unless it's a simple coke or tea. Don't add anything to the drink tho bc it won't be right. Every other sonic goes by a chart of how many squirts of syrup to put in a certain size drink. Here they just do what they want and it never tastes the same. I hate this sonic. I'd rather eat at a hospital cafeteria. I try over n over to give it chance after chance and every time I'm disappointed. Every single time. The way they have this set up is a joke. This sonic is new to the area in terms of available fast food spots. It's also the only fast food restaurant . So if you are looking for a burger and tots to go, enjoy this sonic. It is clean for a sonic. It's employees are polite. It serves a full menu all day and is open late for your milkshake and or other sweet tooth needs. There's not a lot else to say. It's a Sonic. The absolute worst sonic ever! The food is always wrong. ALWAYS. They go through managers all the time. The drinks never taste the same. So it's Russian roulette every time you get a specialty drink such as cherry vanilla coke or even just a mango water. You either can't taste the flavors or it's so strong you can't drink it. Food has gone down hill bad! Chili is nothing but grease here. Half inch of grease at the bottom of order of chili cheese tots or fries. They put all the veggies an condiments in the center of the burgers so you have to take it apart n fix it bf eating or u have a big fat mess. It's just a terrible sonic. read more
