I'll describe my visit in one word, consistent... Consistently terrible, that is! I have yet to receive food of good quality from the Guthrie, OK location; right off I-35. I've gone to this location three times over the last month while here visiting my mom. This morning will be the last time that I'll ever patronize this location for food. The service is good; and that would be great if it were a traditional dine-in restaurant. But it's not. So they need to bring the food quality to the same level of their customer service. First off I couldn't log into my Sonic app, it keeps saying that email is already in use! Of course it is, it's mine but I still can't get in, so I drive up there to order. Is it asking too much to have the tots extra crispy? The food wasn't hot in fact it was barely warm and the tots - not crispy at all and cold. The only thing I was pleased with is my drink. This Sonic is going down hill fast. Oh, the little @&%# that delivered the food to my car was rude, inconsiderate and snooty. read more

Tried the sausage breakfast toaster with sausage and it was good could have used a little more salt but other than that pretty dang good !

I appreciate this place. This Sonic is always very consistent on all the orders, and the food is always a good quality.

At 915p on March 23rd 2021 I was the only customer on site when trying to place more order and it took 5ish minutes to respond to my pressed red button, so long in fact I had to even look up the hours and then the 2 lady employees working the menu were thinking it was funny to continue switching on and off when taking my order. Midway through they were laughing so hard they had to stop and re-say what they wanted to say. This was a very unimpressive visit to sonic and I hope you can learn to train your employees better. Waited for my order to finish this review. Standard Sonic. The kitchen is a little slow. We got a bacon breakfast burrito and a bacon breakfast toaster and that took longer than I would normally expect. I forgot to order a water and ordered it separately and it was $.33. No big deal, but if you think you're going to get a free water, you're going to be disappointed. Food was fine. This particular Sonic is a hit or miss experience for me. Since it's on my way to work, I choose it for breakfast more than lunch or dinner and this is where things get dicey. The breakfast burrito is usually good, but for some reason, they can't seem to make a lightly toasted toaster. It always comes out way too dark (a number of times just flat out burnt) no matter how many times I emphasize 'lightly' toasted. The drink combinations are good, but I would avoid the sweet tea and the peach flavoring--the tea is barely sweet (tastes weak and watery) and the peach flavoring tastes flat and bland. I actually recommend the Sonic in downtown Guthrie on S. Division--the food and drink quality is much better and they're cheaper than this one. read more

I have never had such rude Customer service at a sonic. The person taking our order did not listen to us and then got upset when we told her that what was showing was wrong. She then said I'll fix it And she did not. We asked for grilled onions (a thing we do at EVERY Sonic) and nobody said any issue and she put it on the screen. We waited 35 minutes and we got the wrong burger and all three had an ungodly amount of chunky raw onions. Our drink had no carbonation and our tots did not look cooked and tasted like oil. We then pressed the button to let them know hey our order was wrong. The lady then said hello what? my husband said (very nicely) I'm sorry but we just ordered and we got raw onions and we asked for grilled and... she cut him off and said hold on. Sir we don't do grilled onions! My husband then said oh ok we have had them here before but thats fine can we just get our order without onions and the double burger I ordered is only a single. She huffed and the microphone made a noise and then silence. Next, what I guess was the teenaged manager answered and began with ok WHAT are you saying is wrong? My husband again repeated and she just cut him off and said we will bring your order out again but your burger was enter as a single burger so that what you paid for, but whatever will bring it out to you. (hmmm I believe we said that the first go around) Anywho we waited and the manager came with our food 15 mins later. And said here you go. sorry about the mix up. We said thank you and gave her the other food (2 burgers and a chicken sandwich) she walked off. We open the bag with only two of the sandwiches one that the burger was burnt, one that was a cartilage chicken piece and no other sandwic. well we were done we threw it in the trash and now we are starving and cranky at each other. I just wish they would have let us talk the first time around and if the could hear us or didn't think they could make it then just communicate it to us. I never write bad reviews but dang it I'm hungry... I will not return here and will make sure all my friends and family don't experienc it either. Sonic is good but not this one! read more

No way waited for 40 min no food, had preteens with dirty runny noses delivering food ca u say food poisoning

This location is tucked far back from the main road, so I'm amazed that it has stayed in business this long, especially considering the fact that there is a gauntlet of fast food restaurants and convenience stores to get through before you reach it. I can only say that the brand must carry people through to its desolate corner. I'd love to say it is their vibrant personalities, but many of the employees suffer from the combination of Guthrie distrustfulness and millennial entitlement that you end up with awkward to bad customer service. This particular trip on 8/30/18 provided me with a person who couldn't take an order well and became upset when I repeated the order more slowly - for the third time. However, the food was good and hot, so I have no complaints with it, and Alyssa, the carhop, was nice and professional. read more

Not only did I wait for 30 minutes for a kids wacky pack meal that was Luke warm, but they also don't offer any medium size side items?! I'm not sure who is running that place but someone should look into this one. read more
