My only main complaint was for some reason the floor felt like I was walking on a bowling alley with socks and I was afraid someone was going to fall. Our only complaint ever is that we've ordered several things they were out of, there seems to be several sodas that they're out of often, so maybe they're still figuring out the timing of ordering/delivery. We arrived on Friday, May 29th at 3:28 pm. This was our first time there. When you walk in there is a cash register to your left and a menu board. You order at the cash register and then go find a table. We decided to share the spicy cowboy because as per their website the chicken fry steak sandwich is only limited and they were out. They have a drink station but several of the options you could not get/out of order. The burger and fries arrived. The sweet waitress brought us an extra plate so we could split it. The burger was amazing. We loved the bacon jam on it. The fries are fresh cut. These burgers are shareable if desired. 1/30/2025 After Winter Storm Fern finally melted away, cabin fever had officially set in, so it was time to get out of the house and track down some real comfort food. That led us back to Biglow's Burgers, and once again, they didn't disappoint. If you're on the hunt for one of the best burgers or sandwiches in OKC, this place absolutely deserves a spot on your list. Even though we've visited several times, this was our first time trying the fried pickles. Crispy, golden, and with just the right kick of heat -- easily some of the better ones I've had around town. We decided to split "The Holy Cow," and wow... what a sandwich. It's basically Oklahoma comfort food done right: a hand-breaded, tenderized chicken fried steak served on a buttery grilled brioche bun, piled with shredded lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, and mayo. Messy in the best possible way. It comes with hand-cut fries, which were fresh and perfectly cooked. We skipped the seasoning and salted them ourselves (personal preference), and they were spot on. One heads up -- some menu items have limited availability, so if you're craving something specific, don't wait too long. If you want a big Hamburger, go here. No fancy atmosphere, TVs on, service is ok but not overly friendly. Not the best sweet tea but I did notice they have spiked tea. I really wanted to try the Bourbon Sweet tea. Maybe a little latter in the day next time when I'm going back home. We had the Swiss Mushroom Hamburger cooked well done with really good fries. Has a sweet flavor either from cooked onions or mushrooms. A $16, I think but that's with fries and drink. Excellent for how big Hamburger is! Husband and I split at lunch and it's plenty. If I would eat a whole one , I would need a nap. Bacon one is good too! Spicy one is ok, not overly hot. This is a place you need to give a try. It was huge, so I only ate half, but I heated it up for lunch the next day, and it was still amazing. The fries were generously seasoned and a perfect compliment to the burger. Was pretty excited to try this place based off online reviews. We're visiting out of town and wanted to try this place. Walked in took about 5 minutes just to be greeted. The place was not busy at all when we arrived maybe 1-2 other families there. One of which was already eating the other having ordered in front of us. Took 40 minutes to get 3 burgers and a chili hot dog, the hostess apologized and said it was due to online orders. We did see that there was literally one online order picked up still not enough to justify the wait time. Soda machine is self serve which is cool, except nearly every soda option was out of syrup and those that weren't tasted very odd and flat no carbonation. Arrived at 7, ordered our food at 7:13pm, food delivered at 7:50pm and still had to ask and remind them on multiple items we requested or ordered. By 7:55pm we were politely informed they close at 8pm and to take our time, but got more of the sense of they wanted to rush us out of there. Not happy with the experience in the least bit. The fries were good and they had good homemade ranch, burger wasn't bad at all either but not nearly good enough to justify the experience. read more

Was immediately greeted as I walked in the door and the lady at the register was really friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate. It was 12:30pm, and I was told it would be 15 minutes because orders are made to order, which was fine with me. It actually ended up taking 35 minutes until my hamburger was brought out, so that was longer than expected. The burger was huge and it was fantastic! The fries were homemade and they were perfect. My only minor complaint was their special sauce was very runny and it was dripping all over the place. Next time I'll request it on the side. The ambience was casual and I think I saw a pool table or something back in the back. They have a little bar at the front with a lot of alcoholic drinks you could get too. They had some technical issues at opening today which may have had an effect on the food quality I think. Internet was down and they were packed at opening so wait was around 30 minutes plus as well. We got the fried pickles and I add salt to literally everything but these were really salty even to me. Still I did really like them and the ranch dip was really good as well. Other people in my family who tried them said they were too salty to eat. The burgers was massive and freshly prepared with everything full of flavor except the meat. It really didn't taste like it had any seasoning on it and I never depend on my opinion alone bc again I like extra of everything almost always. lol .. the others in my family said the same thing however. The staff here is wonderful, friendly and kind! I would come back just based on that alone. Be prepared to EAT when you come here because the burgers are BIG and they come with a healthy serving of fresh made fries too. This is probably the biggest burger I've had in Oklahoma. I got the onion burger which had onion jam, fried onions and crispy onions as well. It was cooked perfectly and the onion flavor was the star of the show. Came here with my family on a Saturday. Place is small so if you have a big family might have a problem with finding a table for them. The food overall was good and well seasoned. However with it being limited seating the staff wasn't cleaning the tables for the customers to sit so the customers were wiping the tables and putting ppl drinks in the trash. There were no drinks available because the drink machine was broken. Had to go spend more money and go next door to the meat market to purchase drinks. Seemed a bit disorganized and they give you good size portions. Not sure if I'll return with my family though due to the sitting situation and the wait time we had with our food. My husband and I decided to try a new black-owned business tonight, and we both enjoyed it. The woman who hook our order was very nice and welcoming when we arrived. You place your order and then choose your own seat. It didn't take long for our food to arrive, which was nice for a Friday night. I ordered the wings, and they were delicious, crispy, and full of flavor. I loved that they were crispy without extra breading on them. The sweet potato fries were also delicious and served with a marshmallow dipping sauce that I didn't try, I ate mine with ranch. I ordered the peach cobbler to go, since I was too full to eat it at the restaurant. I really enjoyed it, it was delicious and the crust was extremely flavourful. It was a small serving for $7. Worst burger I've ever had. Came here with my family to try because my dad and I saw a bunch of TikTok videos about how great the burgers are. Wasn't busy when we arrived. I ordered the Miss Swiss burger without a bun. The restaurant environment was alright. There's a gaming cabinet with some classic games, a billiards table, and a tv playing iconic moments from Family Feud. When walking around the restaurant, the floors were really slick. I'm in a knee brace and was concerned about slipping and falling. I watched people walking by our table to get to the bathroom and nearly fall because of it. The restaurant did have one wet floor sign by the trash can. When food started arriving to the table, they ended up giving us a burger that was for a different table. I tried a piece of my burger and was greeted with an off-taste. In an attempt to figure it out, I took another bite and was met with the same taste It tasted like how a decomposing body smells (I am around them for work so I'm VERY familiar with it). I asked the other people at my table if their food tasted off. Both people who ordered burgers agreed the burger was really off like the meat had turned. We tried to let someone know but there was only one girl running the whole front of house. We ended up just throwing the food out and leaving. Overall, we probably won't be back. At first glance, the price is more on the higher end but considering with fries being included, it's not as bad as that first glance. I ordered the Hot Mama - boy their burgers are HUGE! It had a beef sausage on top of a huge half pound patty that was cooked perfectly. Their fries? Omg, the seasoning and the way they fry their fries... PERFECTION. Imagine the seasoning of the fries from Wingstop, but better and balance of crunchy and softer fries. Their Biglow sauce also gives a balance of sweet and savory on every burger. I went to Biglows because of a tiktok I seen about them. The atmosphere was very laid back, they even have a pool table so that you can play while you wait. It was not very busy when we go there just two tables were occupied and we had to wait on service. The person in front of us actually went to go find someone to take our orders. We ordered two burgers one for me and the other for my daughter. We also tried the queso it was only meat and cheese do not recommend. The burgers were very good and meaty and not dry my daughter ate hers with no mayo. I also tried the peach cobbler it is not like any other peach cobbler I have tasted, the crust was okay but I like real crust it was more like a crumble to me the way it was layered.
