It had a rich, creamy texture, though I thought it could have used a little more flavor. The richness was just on the edge of being a bit too heavy, but it was still a good scoop of ice cream. As I was leaving, a large family was enjoying ice cream together, and it reinforced the feeling that this is a neighborhood spot locals genuinely support.
