The server was friendly and helpful. The food was also totally fine and more or less what I'd expect. They have the ability to make modifications for several common dietary restrictions which is also good, but they only have a few choices for breads. This is ridiculous! I posted 2 months ago about this door not working in the bathroom and this light bulb that would take 3 mins to change for the same time. To the owner- This is entirely your fault now. You've had time to address this issue. You hired the manager that is not responsible and you chose to not handle these issues. If you can't keep up with the place sell it. I mean seriously... 2 months to fix a door and light bulb. I'd hate to see what your kitchen looks like. Seems like an inspection is due! read more

Love Schlotzsky, problem is there isn't one in Bossier City. There was one in Bossier-city several yrs ago but was hidden in the old Kmart parking lot. No one knew it was there. Anytime my wife are out of town and a Schlotzsky s is present we go. Usually for breakfast (Cinnabon) and later for their great sandwiches. Hopefully they will return to Bossier City. read more

What a screwed up franchise - I ordered Number 1 meal and the girl said ok is that all? I said well, you ask me about my drink or chips . She said well we don't have any ice. So I guess she just assumed I would get just the sandwich. I ordered tea and regular chips. She didn't ask whether I wanted sweet or unsweetened tea. She gives me the price and I drive around. She gets my card to charge after giving me the tea. I tasted the tea and she guessed right. So she returns my card with the receipt and says thanks! I was just about to say what about my food when she remembered she forgot to give it to me and handed it over. You really need to train your people and fix the ice machine read more

I phoned my order in and when I arrived at the pickup time there were 4 cars in the pickup line so I parked and went inside. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes during which 3 employees saw me but never came to wait on me. When a person finally came to the counter and asked about my order, I gave her my name and she handed me two boxes of sandwiches which I'd noticed were laying on the counter when I'd walked in. The employee handed me the order without a word and turned and walked away. When I got home and opened the boxes I found that the food was cold and one of the sandwiches was only partially cooked because the cheese hadn't even melted. Neither sandwich was edible and we threw both into the garbage can. I will never go to the Marshall Scholtzsky's again and would definitely not recommend it to anyone! read more

The food is good. On one visit, the manager gave us a sweet roll. It was so good. it seems like a local diner, although it is a chain.

I was so looking forward to having the "Original", as we do not have a Schlozky's where we live and was deeply disappointed in the food and service. I was first asked if I wanted my order to be a meal, and I did say no, but then quickly changed my mind in the middle of my order. Meaning,I not even paid yet. I also ordered the cookie as I was told they could warm the cookie. I get my receipt and was charged extra for the drink because, "I'd already put the order in." What???! I hadn't paid, so how did the order already go in. I wasn't going to argue and just left it. Get to the car with my order and the bread is dry and way too much mustard was added. It was terrible. The final straw was the cookie was cold and wasn't even heated. What a disappointment in service and food. read more

This location clearly didn't want anyone to come order tonight. It was dark outside and they didn't have any of their outside lights on when we rolled up to the drive thru window. We were half-heartedly greeted with "thanks for coming. What can we get you?" When we replied that it may take a minute because we had to get a flashlight out to see it, the worker sighed and said "oh okay we will turn the lights on". With every item we ordered, she would interrupt us and ask if that was all and kept cutting us off. When we got up to the window, we waited for 5 minutes with her just sitting there on the other side of the glass and no one ever opened the window to say anything or greet us. When they finally did they simply asked for our money and then gave us the bag. We told her to have a good day first and then she said it back, but was clearly planning on not speaking to us if we hadn't. The only reason it got a 3 star rating was because the food was hot, fresh and so yummy. We love schlotzkys and were looking forward to it after a long car ride with our very upset baby, and it was just disappointing that the service was so poor. If you don't want people to come to your restaurant at night, then it's best to just close around 4 in the afternoon instead of being unwelcoming. read more

I don't typically give bad reviews because I know every place has a bad day occasionally. The reason for one star and this bad review is actually 3 reasons. 1. The place was packed when we stopped to grab sandwiches to go before a game, so we were prepared to wait a bit. After 25 min and seeing 2 other customers walk up to inquire about their food (one lady said she'd waited for 35 min), we decided we'd better ask for a refund and leave. We could see no one in the back was really in much of a hurry. One lady was standing around sipping on a drink. 2. The cashier had to ask another employee to help with the refund. No prob, so she came over and entered some stuff into the register but never asked for my debit card back. I assumed they could refund w/o it. She gave me my refund receipt but I had to ask for my original receipt. We were in a hurry so I didn't check the refund receipt until we were headed back home (3 hrs away). Lo and behold, the refund receipt was not our order and was rung up as a cash refund yet no cash was given! 3. I tried calling off and on for 3 hrs and the line was busy all night. Phone off the hook? Guess I'll just dispute the charge with my bank. What a pain. read more

I'm B&R Texan; been eating Schlotzsky's since it opened stores in Tarrant Co. I've eaten at stores in several cities and states. This is the best one we have eaten at in ages! The service was friendly and prompt. The dining room was clean. I was disappointed they didn't have dark rye anymore, so got my 2nd fav: Albuquerque Turkey on Jalapeño. Hubby got an original. They looked good enough to photograph for an ad! And we're as tasty as they looked. read more

Relatively new chain restaurant in town. Until they opened here, I don't think I'd eaten at a Scholotsky's in over thirty years. Based on what little I remember, things have changed a bit. They have a bit more variety on the menu, but still mostly soups and sandwiches. Maybe a tad better than the average place, but nothing to write home about. Tomato basil soup seems to be the best choice among the soups they have. Service is also a bit better than most chains. Inside of the restaurant is nice, clean, and well designed. read more

The food is Schlotzsky's. The Original sandwich is a good staple and the Bacon Grill Cheese you dip in Tomato Basil was good. Our Cinnabon mini bons were very tasty and they warm them up if you want. The atmosphere was new and nice. Price is good under $15. They not only have Diet Dr Pepper, but they have those machines that make over a hundred drinks or flavors.... Service is very friendly. Passing through town, we were hungry but wanting to avoid crowds due to ongoing Covid concerns. One of our fave Mexican places nearby was packed, definitely unsafe, so we decided to have sandwiches instead. I've always loved Schlotzsky's bread. Was glad to see they had veggie options. Brand new location from the looks of it. Clean restroom, friendly workers despite my overly cheerier self at too early a time. They def prolly had been doing prep work in the back when I arrived and the lobby was closed but the cute manager came and let me in and kindly excused the wait. The price is super reasonable if you don't order more than you need. Two drinks and a small sandwich plus a big red velvet cookie for only 11 something. Filled me up and I'm back on the road. Newish location. Food mediocre. Service awful. Ordered on line, but they never checked online orders and so didn't make the order. I had to ask about it when I went to pick up. Had to wait for ages while others walked in and got their food. No updates or apology for having to wait 40 mins for an online order that they add another 35 cent fee for. read more

I've been here several since it's opened. Food is great! I can only give 3 stars because the service has been awful every time I've visited, all the cashiers that I've had won't look at the customer, and I have to repeat my order at last three times to someone every visit. I want this restaurant to be great, but it won't last long if the service doesn't improve. read more

We have been to this location many times since they opened. We always get excellent servlice an food. Staff is very friendly and greets you as soon as you walk in the door. We've gotten better service here than at some five-star restaurants. read more
