Stopped here on the way to Nebraska. Wanted to go to McDonald's but the line was too long. Service was fine, and the price was reasonable, but the food is just okay. One of my passengers didn't feel that great shortly afterwards, after eating their smash burger. The shake I had was good but the straw was way too narrow, and it seemed like it was half whipped cream. read more

Two bigish burgers, two Sonic blasts and one side of deep fried whoknowswhat was $37. For that amount of cabbage, we could have eaten at REAL restaurant instead of in our own car. Super not worth it. The Sonic Blasts were lousy, too. They were gritty like the candy they made them with had been sitting around way too long. read more

I don't know who is running the place but they should be fired for not training the cooks. The only thing they managed to Not screw up was the tator tots. They forgot to put the ketchup, mustard, and pickles on the burger. My strawberry shake had no strawberries in it and the only pink color was from the cherry they put on top. Do they think people are so stupid that they cannot tell the difference between a vanilla shake and a strawberry one? Never stopping here again. read more

Food great but the service is lacking. When you go through the drive thru late at night they won't even acknowledge you by saying can you hold for a minute or anything. It's you waking for someone to say something. I've pulled off several times because I could clearly see the worker in the window but hasn't said anything to me while I waited in line. read more

Too fast for masks = COVID for everyone! Unfortunately, our food and milkshake was brought to the drive thru window by a man without a mask on. WE ARE LIVING IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. We noticed multiple other workers with masks halfway on and the woman who got our soda only put her mask on when she opened the window... We had paid, we pulled away, got out of our shock, then threw the food away. read more

Take the time to read reviews and ratings of places. Lesson learned. Food was cold and tasted like it had been cooked days ago and burnt. The toppings for the burgers were thrown everywhere and the buns were soggy from the grease. We ordered pickle fries and there were more fries in there than the pickle fries. The area was dirty. The garbage looked like it hadn't been taken out in days. The workers came out of the kitchen smoking. Very poor management to let a place operate like that. It is no surprise they have only a 2 star rating. I gave them one star ONLY because I had to. I was disgusted at the appearance of the workers, the facility and the food. Very disappointed. If the owners do not care enough to run an upstanding, clean business, it needs to be shut down. Take pride in your place and what you put your name on. read more

I stopped here last night while coming home on a road trip. Had the grilled chicken sandwich & it was good. However, I wasn't able to pay with my card at the screen (long story. The part on the screen where it gives you options to pay never came up allowing me to do that). So when the server brought my food, I asked if she could change a $50. She said yes. Unfortunately I didn't notice till I got home that I was short changed by $10. My advice: count your change before the server walks away. read more

About what you'd expect from a fast food joint at 9pm on a weekday. The burger I got was pretty good for the price, double patty, cheese and the fixins'. Got to drive through and no one answered.. waited a min or two and saison"hello"-- no answer.. Waited a few more for "welcome to sonic my name is.. and I'll be with u in a min." Um.. i've already been waiting here a few minutes. Order the chocolate chip cookie dough concrete. Got to the drive-through, paid got my concrete to which it's all just vanilla ice cream with cookie dough pieces on top. What you don't mix it in where the heck are all the chocolate chips?! Every time I go to sonic for ice cream I am so disappointed. I don't know why I expect it to change. read more

There drive in unit you can barely hear, asked about specials. Was told there was half priced shakes. Got to pay and was told there was not half priced shakes. If your employee tells a customer something you need to honor it. And fix your drive through. read more

Pulled into a stall, took a minute to see what we wanted to order. From the time we pushed the button to order, 20 mins had passed and our order still hadn't been taken. People who arrived several minutes after us, had their order taken almost immediately. Called to see what was going on and the staff was really rude. read more

The food was great, felt like a good old fashioned burger from a diner. The bun was exquisite and the fries were put into the grease with love. The mozzarella sticks were stringy and the Powerade was quenching. The meal was wonderful and I would totally recommend. Only reason why it's not 5 stars...too much ice in my drink....nice try though gals. That really ruined the whole hooplah, also the fact that there are no refills and the trash cans aren't lined up with the parked vehicles and instead you have to get out. You had your chance and you missed it. I wanted a 99mph pitch and you threw me a 98... still would recommend. read more

I'm giving two stars because it was cheap and I like their blasts. We waited and waited for our order to be taken via drive thru. I ordered a New York hot dog with a side of chili cheese fries. Very dissatisfied! The bun was soggy and couldn't eat the hot dog without a fork. I received a medium chili cheese fry not knowing there was a bigger size because I wasn't asked. I'll just stick with the burgers and blasts. read more

My family and I came around 10 o'clock in the morning, and were looking for some good food. Sonic was not too busy; we stopped there. We had no issues ordering and were asked/reminded about condiments- which I usually forget to ask for. Our order came extremely fast, and Shelby brought our food with a smile and great enthusiasm. The food was delicious, hot and good quality. We will definitely stop the next time we come through. read more

Typical sonic but it's always busy so better than some Sonics. Service is friendly and very speedy.

The food/drinks are always excellent and the prices at happy hour can't be beat but the wait is always extremely long! They are always understaffed. Even the drive through takes exceptionally longer. Great food but don't plan on a quick trip. read more

The wait wasn't the issue for our last 3 visits. It's been our order. They've gotten it wrong 3 times running. I think it's because they are overwhelmed by the flood of people. Either that or teenagers have yet to develop listening skills most adults master after finishing the arch of cognitive development. read more

Went here tonight just to grab a quick snack, we have never had an issue before until tonight. We bought 2 shakes and 1 masterblast came up to nearly $13.00, the masterblast was mostly all whipped cream with very little ice cream, we took it back in and told them for $5.00 it wasnt worth it because we had all whipped cream. The young kid that took it back was highly unprofessional and laughed along with a few others, im guessing the guy that brought it out was a manager and he seemed angry. We got the shake and not to complain anymore but then it was so full and overflowed the top, to us that was kind of a smartalike thing to do and pretty unprofessional in my book. I understand that it's a friday night around 9 pm but you should always be professional. Probably won't come to sonic anymore and will be going to Dairy Queen for now on. read more
