the speaker sucked and the woman had an attitude. other then that the food was really good and came out fast. the woman came to give us our food and there are 4 of us and she asked if we wanted ketchup and we said yes and she gave us like 3 packs of ketchup. for the 4 of us and my boyfriend ate it all. def need to give more ketchup packets out. read more

I come to this Sonic fairly often. Most slots were filled when I arrived so I expected them to be busy. Pressed the red button, the screen said "red button activated". Waited a good 10 minutes and decided to try a different slot. Got immediate service. Saw a different lady come to my preciously slot, press the button, wait, then left while I was waiting on my food. Let the lady know that stall #7 didn't seem like it was working, she said "no, it doesn't work" and walked off. There's no sign or anything. Thanks for wasting multiple people's time. We will never know how the food is at this location. We waited, waited, and waited some more and couldn't get a response to the call button. We could see 2 employees inside talking to each other, but neither made a move to take our order. To be fair, this seems to be the case at more and more Sonics. Terrible service, waited forever for them to take our order. Finally got our order after waiting an eternity and they only put berry in my lemonberry slush, instead of a raspberry water just gave us a water and forgot our chicken sandwich meal. Pressed the button to see if we could order again and waited 15 minutes to order again. We eventually gave up on the order button and had to walk up to the employees. We were still kind to the workers but certainly did not get the behavior reciprocated to us. After all of this we looked down and our drink was punctured spilling allover my car before we even put the straw in. read more

Food came late, cold, and over cooked. My popcorn chicken was so crunchy that it sounded like I was as chewing on bones. Then the fries looked like they had been left out too long because they were stiff and barely chewable. Just don't come to this one because their service AND food terrible. read more

I would seriously give this place no stars if possible. Pulled up to it for a half price cream slush and the building and parking lot were a mess! The worst part was when we pressed the stall button to order, she answered and asked us to place our order, and then hung up on us and walked out the building and went and chatted with the only other car there... Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. They were the Rudest people.Stopped by on way from ball tournament in Tupelo. Only ordered a drink and cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo ONLY!! Got burger with everything. When I asked for a correct burger, the girl took 13 minutes to return and seemed put out that I was upset. When the "correct" burger was returned (amp her8 minutes),it wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese. When she asked if it was correct, I said yes, other than the 29 minutes it took to get it. She laughed and walked away... literally laughed at me. I told her she should learn some people skills, she laughed again and said sarcastically "have a nice day". This is the worst fast food/dinning experience I had in my life. I usually like Sonic but this location really has me not wanting Sonic for a good while. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger meal with fries and a drink. While they did get the burger right, they forgot the fries and gave me a water instead of my drink. So I told the server that they forgot the fries and they gave me water instead of my drink. The server took the water and came back with my drink but when they came back I got tater tots instead of fries so I told them that they gave me tater tots instead of fries then they took it back. The server came back and messed up the order again by giving me jalapeño poppers instead of fries. A few moments later the server did come back with the fries. But that's not the only problem, you could barely hear the person speaking on the speaker and when they heard that me and others I was driving with were upset the person got an attitude over their mistake. I usually don't write food reviews but I was simply dumbfounded that a simple order like I had got so messed up that made me write this review. read more

Waited 35 minutes and they sent the wrong food 3 times. Asked to speak to the manager but he refused to come out. Went to the front and he refused to give his name. They instructed the server to not come back to our car even though we didn't have our food or our money back. Had to wait outside the front to get his attention for him to refund our money. This happened on Sunday August 13, 2017 at 12:45 pm. They also refused to give the general managers name so we could call to discuss what happened. I really still cannot believe this just happened at a national chain. read more

Terrible service! We were driving through from the beach and decided to stop for some lunch a little late. In my fiancee's cherry limeade, there were no cherries or limes but had a huge hole in the cup. His ultimate meat and cheese burrito had onions and jalapeños in it and the waitress had to go and get salsa for it after they forgot to put it in the bag. After she returned, I had noticed my gravy was missing from the chicken strip dinner I ordered. I asked her politely to get it and it took forever to get a half filled cup of cold gravy. My chicken strips looked more like chicken nuggets, as well. Don't even get me started on trying to order. The man cannot enunciate his words, so I and the car next to me could NOT order in the first place. read more

Horrible....every item we purchased was prepared wrong...manager was apathetic at best and acted like we were being difficult. Brownie shake was terrible, corn dogs were burnt and coney had either sour chili or cheese. Can't hear jack in their speakers. Nothing popped up on the screen to confirm the info on our order even thought the person we could barely hear kept asking if the screen was accurate lol. Terrible experience at Sonic tonight and Cedric the manager on duty was part of the problem instead of being part of the solution. I placed my order and paid with my card. When my order came out, it wasn't correct. I had requested spicy mustard and my order was sent out with regular mustard on it. I politely sent it back by the waitress. It was sent straight back out by the same waitress. I was suspicious by that. I checked my coney and it was the same coney I had sent back with regular mustard still on it but this time spicy mustard was splashed on top of it. I asked the waitress to ask the manager to come out of whom he identified himself as Cedric. I explained I had did what I was suppose to however I explained how I felt someone inside was messing over my food and I asked him to see to it being made correctly and I now I was concerned what eles maybe done to it and asked him to over see it. I also said now I wanted to be reimbursed what I had paid for it because now this was the third time I had to send the coney back and waste my time. He went back inside I seen him show no concern for what may have been done where it may have been prepared like I was the problem. He came backout with it and lied and said his general manager Steven, said he couldn't refund my money and tried to pass me this coney he had paid no attention to how it may have been prepared. However he did not know Steven last name, said he was recently hired. Of course he lied, there was no general manager Steven working at this time. Cedric was the manager on duty. I waited for a response of either. I got neither. I lot of kids was playing around inside as well as Cedric. Unfortunately this is food they are playing around with. This Sonic used to be my favorite choice in this small town for fast food. However, the last several times I have been there I got cold burgers that were way more bun than burger, cold, rubbery fries, and most recently a Vanilla Heath Custard Concrete with no visible signs of the Heath candy on top and a very few minute specks inside. When you try to get them to fix or replace these things they are rude and VERY VERY SLOW. Service is incredibly slow as well. I have stopped in just to get a Cherry lemonade and had to wait over 20 minutes to get it...not fast food at all. I can't help but wonder whether the owner knows just how bad it has become. I would love to speak with them. read more
