Stopped in for a late lunch. Place is small but cozy and people come and go regularly. Great place to catch a quick bite for lunch. Staff greets you when you enter the store. Pleasant atmosphere and the staff members are friendly . This place is always clean when I come. Especially the drink area it is well stocked and clean. A lot of restaurants the drink area is messy and sticky and under stocked but not here. Bathrooms are clean as well. They have fries now which is a good alternative if you don't want chips. Food was served hot. Fries were very good not overly seasoned great color and excellent potato taste. My hook and ladder sub was just as I requested and was excellent as well. They just have the best subs. The flavor is good. Plenty of meat, cheese, lettuce and tomato. Just the right combination of everything and the bread is fresh. The sauce for the fries was a nice touch. Military discount your drink is free. read more

Many others waiting with earlier pickup times than me. Did not seem to be short staffed as there were 7 workers behind the counter. Submitted an online order for Turkey Bacon ranch with no onions. I got a onion bacon ranch with no turkey ........ So I called them to try and let them know if the mix up .... I got the incomprehensible Yada yada Firehouse .... Something hold and silence for about 2-3 minutes. Kinda sucks. Not driving back to get turkey. I'll just finish this bacon salad sandwich after removing the onion. I am too tired to sit in hold to deal with this. read more

I went on Saturday afternoon 4/6/24 around 3:30. They weren't busy. Rude staff . Acted as if I was bothering them. Talking way too much behind the counter. The tea was out & they told me there was one behind. Expecting me to move them around. Ordered small Italian sub. Got back to the hospital with my lunch & definitely not an Italian sub. Just had one type of meat. Couldn't even make a simple sandwich. Will not be eating there again. read more

Have gotten a roast beef sub here 3 times now. My go to sub wherever I go. No complaints whatsoever. All the fillings have been exceptional and the roast beef sliced just right. Bread has always been fresh and soft. The girls behind the counter are great. Keep things flowing nicely. I prefer going inside to order. Don't have to worry about mistakes typed on the app. Too many poor reviews involve the app. that's why I order in person. Also the counter and seating area were clean and neat. Put in an order online. This isn't the first time my food has come without the sauce that was added by myself to the ticket. My husband picked this order up and didn't know and the first time it was door dash. That's besides the point. Part of the job is reading the ticket. I hate being that person that leaves a bad review but I have the worst luck when it comes to ordering food. I always check my bags when I get it myself and most of the time something is missing or on the item that was specified not to be. It really sucks to pay 30 dollars for 2 meals and mine be wrong. I have never seen a group of employees work slower in my entire life. I understand that they're kids and also probably new, but my blame lies with the management. I heard him walk by saying that all of their tickets were over 12 minutes. There was no direction being given whatsoever. I finally received my online order 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. The order was missing the Mac and cheese I ordered. I then went to ask for my cups for my meals and everyone just started looking in a circle until someone handed me my cups. HORRIBLE experience. Will not be back. read more

This was one of the worst and dirtiest places that I have been I. From the cashier sticking his hand in my cup before he gave it to me to the lady that was sweeping floors and didn't wash her hands or change gloves to cut the bread. Then after ordering, nobody wanted to make the food until the guy that came out of the bathroom. He was the one that made our food. Needless to say the food was thrown away and we went on our way. To begin, I ordered a couple of sandwiches to n UberEats with this restaurant in hope of receiving the pretty awesome sandwiches that I got in the past from the chain from other locations. The wait was 2.5 hours & it was only a bit past opening time at this point, so I digress... Okay... two hours later I get a notification saying that my order was cancelled by the restaurant because they were closing. - I decided to do a little investigation. The "open" time on the UberEats app suddenly changed and the restaurant was now showing to be "closed." I am a native to the area, so I was pretty sure that they WERE NOT CLOSED at this time of day, but gave the benefit of the doubt because things happen, right? In light of something happening (i.e. COVID outbreak, refrigerator failure to keep cold foods safe, or no staff there to assist customers), I decided to call into the restaurant to get some sense of understanding of what was going on. I got an answer once I called, but was placed on hold for over five minutes with no assistance from the young lady that answered the phone. Thinking that she forgot that someone was on hold, I hung up and attempted to call back to continue my order. WHY did I do that?! The line was switched to -not a busy signal, but transferred to a disconnected server as if I'm dialing the incorrect number! I had the correct one because I only hit "redial" to the same number that just confirmed that it was Firehouse Subs, asking me to "please wait." I figured the place was pretty busy a result of my experience this far, so I decided to make the physical trek to the restaurant only to find a couple and an individual waiting on small sized orders. Hmmm, over 6 people working and you're closed for call ins and delivery orders? I hung out for about 30 minutes waiting on my two sandwiches, which were "okay" at best, but the customer service was pretty crappy before I arrived in person. Over three hours were spent for this order while an overstuffed facility practically ignored my requests from the app/call in method. A pretty big inconvenience. GREAT JOB! I'll keep my services elsewhere if this is the normal quality of customer service at this facility. Be safe! read more

Really good, solid subs. Good variety of hot and cooked options. Fresh food ingredients. They get a 4 instead of 5 for two reasons: 1) its a little pricey for what you get (esp. the "small" which is really a "mini." 2) they are also not super consistent. I got the same item three different times and it was quite different each time. But, still a good lunch spot. read more

Although it is a chain, I am a big fan of Firehouse Subs. This location was no exception. It had two young ladies working when I went in and they were in a great mood, very upbeat. They were easy to talk to, had some recommendations and my sub was made quickly. I tried a brownie this time and it was not bad at all. If you like subs and have not had Firehouse, try them. For God's sake, don't try to order a meatball sub after 6 pm. Three orders (two delivery, one walk-in). Either informed there were no meatballs, or my delivery was delayed 20 minutes. After the first two times was informed by the manager it had been handled, until this week... Then... Again (a walk-in order this time) advised, NO MEATBALLS. My favorite is the grilled chicken I'm not sure why it's NOT on the menu board I had to ask about it. Good is good however if you want an Italian sub go elsewhere. Ice never in my life had an italian with spicy mustard, mayonnaise and Italian dressing...the correct way it oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. The girl behind the counter could've been more friendly. They were selling things for firefighters/police officers and when I said I wasn't interested in finding five bucks she pursed her lips asking if I was sure and immediately got an attitude.
